All four of them in one world would make the best and scariest survival experience EVER and I would 100% be into it just to see how it would go down for other players
That actually sounds really cool. I might do a video on that. I might throw in some other mods too and kind of turn it into a really hard and scary survival pack. I'll have to see what mods are compatible, but I could add in Weeping Angels, the Gru (he spawns and insta kills you if it is too dark), Eyes (adds creepy eyes in the darkness), and some other extra mods to really spice it up
@@pixelcoder Maybe not add instant kill mobs with the Wither Storm mod because if you die and the Wither Storm is in the destroyer phase you won't be able to escape it from that point and you'd have to restart because it can spawn camp you for ages until it either spawns a symbiont or you somehow get out of it's sight BUT the longer it stays in one place the more ground it will eat and eventually you won't be able to get out of the hole it makes without any pearls or Elytra, but if a symbiont does spawn the Wither Storm should stop chasing you for a bit until you get to far from it
True. Thanks for the idea btw. Next week I will try to create a modpack for it and possibly release it to curseforge. And I think that would make a great survival series if people are interested in watching it.
It's WAY more terrifying if you installed the Midnight Lurker instead of Man from the Fog as that guy can spawn both surface and caves and has the hostility of a Cave dweller. The man from the fog is basically just Enderman with poor dental hygiene.
Also add Realistic Torches and Stalker Creepers mod, puts you to the edge of your seat.

Yes. I am going to create my own modpack and I am going to try to make it incredibly tense, difficult, and stressful. I am going to have the 3 dwellers plus herobrine, weeping angels, and the wither storm to make everything just that much more stressful. So if you have any suggestions or anything please do let me know. Realistic torches would also be great.
@@pixelcoderI wouldn’t personally include the wither storm because it’s more of a challenge to face in combat instead of something to be afraid of. Same for things like parasite mods. I would recommend mods that make the world feel more alive, however, as the closer some things are to real life, the scarier they are (generally).
Yeah I see your point and I also think that with the wither storm. It would force me to always be on the move. And I am going to have the same shader pack on too. This means that I will have to traverse throughout the night leaving me unprotected. If I didn't have that then I could just build a home and be pretty safe
Yeah ill try to. It will take me a little bit because I want this modpack to be really good and I want to make sure to find the best mods for it.
Ive played with the man in the fog mod, hes pretty scary but avoidable if you spot him in the sides of your vision as he acts like an enderman. Only thing i dont like about him is that if youre on an elevated surface from him the dev just made him smite you constantly which isnt scary it just feels cheap. If he tried to jump or climb up id probably crap myself but all it did was make me either always avoid triggering him or run into a building to avoid the lighting strikes and just waiting him out
Yeah, it is kinda a cheap shot. It still got me though. I knew he could do that but also didn't at the same time like I kinda just brushed past that as I was reading the mod description. But the lightning strike probably won't scar me again.
The new man from the fog is way terrifying. He can climb walls, break windows, go through doors, set your house on fire

Another mod I'd advise using is the sanity mod. It basically ports Don't Starve Together's sanity feature into Minecraft, making it so you can't be in too hazardous of conditions for too long or you go insane, making it much harder to see as well as spawning more cave lurker esc monsters that are MUCH more aggressive, and can pretty much spawn anywhere
Finally someone who knows the difference between too and to.
There needs to be a mod where there's some more consequence added to death - like you spawn in their lair and must escape to live again otherwise something else happens because the ability to just respawn after such a terrifying death into just some lame shit all safe in your house or wherever your bed is just seems too plain.
This is something I would play with my friends, and yet we would be laughing

It is so much scarier actually playing with the mods yourself. I saw someone and I thought, "that doesn't look that bad" (proceeds to scream in terror after my eardrums burst and my eyes behold the scariest thing to ever exist in minecraft). Thanks for the sub! I'm trying to reach 1,000 subscribers by the end of the year. It is a very high goal but it is better to aim high.

Yes and no. There has always been tons of mods in every genre for Minecraft from dimension mods to weapon mods. I think it is actually nice that the horror genre is getting more attention. There are tons of horror maps but not many horror mods. Over time there will probably be hundreds of "Cave Dweller" style mods. I do think that the Minecraft horror content on CZcams is getting very oversaturated, but Minecraft itself is very oversaturated. Oversaturation can't be avoided though. I saw a video about these mods and I thought, "Hey that looks cool I want to try that for myself," but 1000 other people had the same idea so now there are thousands of videos on the same thing but for most individuals it is THEIR first time making a video on it. Idk though, but that's just my thoughts about it.

The fog man is like an enderman, don't look and you won't trigger him, wouldn't be as interesting but if you do need a break then that's how you get your break don't make eye contact

I've been playing on a hardcore Minecraft world with almost all of the Stalkers I could find and, well, I'd be lying if I said that the Man From the Fog was the hardest. In fact, it's really easy to counter in it's current state.
Simply set a door under some couple-block deep water and stay there until he disappears. He can't swim vertically making him just struggle to get you in the first place. It's generally the same with the Midnight Stalker because you just have to respect his space. I'd say the Corpse Stalker and the Starved Stalker are difficult since I don't know how to counter them yet.
Generally, just beware the Cave Dweller. Great video though.
I do not know if this works due to the recent update. However I've noticed he has trouble with trapdoors. Id just quickly run to my attic

It does strike lightning if you just tower up from the ground, but I was on a tree so even if it could climb it wouldn't have been able to get me.

Oh thank you so much! Yeah, I plan on doing a parasite survival but unlike most videos you'll see I am going to be using a gun mod. Almost every video I see with the parasite mod just use medieval weaponry and to me that doesn't fit very well. So I am going to do it in an abandoned city with parasites and guns.

I am just thinking what will happen if we play minecraft in VR with this mod
So basically the cave dweller stops you from speed running caves and getting good gear too fast and night dweller fog man actually makes night a threat and forces you to either sleep or wait until day to get anything done.
Both serve to slow down progression and mindless grinding and force you to think deliberately abiut everything choice you make.
Now if only we had a mod that added some consequence to dying bc if you have a bed in your house death is only a minor inconvenience at worst.
