We were fortunate to see him in Chicago a few weeks ago before everything went on lockdown. One of the best performances I have been able to see. Nathaniel has a true gift and his latest album is one of my all time favorites.

Such raw emotion from this album, by far some of his best work. I know Swift is probably looking down on us and Nathaniel, beautiful work as always. This is criminally underrated.
All or Nothing is one of my favorite songs of this record. Was so looking forward to seeing him in SF but will have to wait until this virus gets taken care of. Until then I listen to all these interviews and performances and I am amazed at how good Nathaniel Rateliff is as a songwriter, singer, guitar player and person all around

I can't wait for them to perform within a few hours from me again... depending on the location, I might even fly out to go see them!! I'm already sad that they're no where nearby this year. What an incredible musician and songwriter Nathaniel is. Props to Jade and the rest of The Current staff for capturing so beautifully the amazing gift that Nathaniel has to offer. And thanks to Nathaniel himself for sharing these emotional songs and having the courage to write this solo album after success with The Nightsweats. Happy to see him pursuing this sound again. I love Nathan and his singing but that interviewer sounded more like psychiatrist. Why try to rip sadness and loss out of a person on a public venue. Not right.
