Ravenpaw is introduced in the very first book, Into the Wild, as a Thunderclan apprentice, and Crowpaw/feather is introduced in the first book of the second arc, The New Prophecy, as a Windclan apprentice. Two different characters, Ravenpaw doesn't get a warrior name.

I think the ears, paw pads and mouths being the colours of the eyes is super cool, and is a nice twist on reality.
This has got to be one of the best animations I've ever seen.
