I really like Ace Grading and how they do what they do, this video is how I submit my cards to Ace Grading and will hopefully help others with their submission. This video is not sponsored and all information is to the best of my knowledge having submitted many times.

I always send them in sleeves and top loaders. Never thought about semi rigid loaders
This is a great video man. Very clear and straight to point. I'll be sending several cards off for the first time which i'm excited about. Psa uk is now a thing that came back early last month. Having seen people's comments about waiting since 2020 for their cards back and hidden service charges etc i'm wondering if it will last long. Ace grading seems legit! They have plans to open up in usa and rest of europe so can see a good future for ace grading.

In general PSA is valued more as they have been established for much longer.
When sending do you just pay for your own postage cost to them from say the post office? also presuming you have to place the address on the box too not just barcode
Hi. Yes you add the packing slip inside, and you add their address to the outside and post out yourself, i recommend special delivery to conver costs

This may sound stupid but im tempted to send some cards to be graded but have never sent a parcel or anything bigger than a letter before. So once you have put the bar code on the outside and sealed the box. do you then have to add the ace grading address on the ouside and then take it to the post office to send off or do you have to get a delivery company to pick it up drom my address and deliver it? sorry for sounding stupid 😂
Hi, the easiest way is to stick ace areas on the outside and take it to the post office, send it special delivery, this easy it's instead and will arrive safely 🙂
How does the postal service see where to ship it to if the address is sealed inside the box?
Hi, the shipping is not paid for you have to pay for it yourself and send it, so just write down the address or print it off again and put it on front of the box and pay for the shipping in the post office, or pay for and print a label online.

thought this is an old vid, can i get an idea on ideal box size, i'm not even sure how big semi rigids are and i don't see what's wrong with a bubble envelopes... or toploaders for that matter but anyway box size for 5 or so cards would be some welcome info for me. xD
Hi. You can send them in whatever you like however a box will make sure they are safe when on their way. You can also send them in top leaders but the instructions from ace are semi rigids, so that's what i mentioned in the video. I sometimes send in top leaders and had no issues but they do say to send in semi rigids. As long as the cards are protected during shipping .. Regarding box size that's up to you, whatever your protected cards will fit into.
@@PokiLee I think I'm gonna repurpose a box rather than get some, having to buy 10 or so boxes for the one time I'm gonna post a box is a pain in the ass, always struggle to get a card into a semi rigid for some reason xD but i got an awesome card that could generate an awesome new ace label so might aswell go for it

might sound abit dumb but what does the declared value actually mean bc i dont know what to put
Hi there. It just means what the raw cards value is. if you look on eBay for last sold of your card ungraded that will give you the best idea of the declared value. Hope they helps 🙂

Hi. You pay them after they have done the grading, then they will send them to you.
How do i know the declared value?
The declared value is for the raw cards. So the easiest thing to do is to just search how much the last ones sold for on eBay. 🙂
Do u not have to put an address on the box just the bar code
The address needs putting on and you need to pay for postage too. The bar code is only there for ace so they know what's inside the box before opening it.

You okay by card via the website. They let you know when your cards are ready, you pay via the site then they ship them out to you
