He was right about the top cover bit.
Popped right off, tried catching it, ended up just pushing it against my fender and scratching my fender and cover 😢😅
Buffed it out a bit. Not too worried because I’m sure it’ll come cross worse on trails but this wasn’t as easy as 1,2,3 because I was scared of breaking stuff. Ended up scratching stuff anyways lol
I'm assuming this will only work on 4R models that already have the wiring harness there. I have a 2021 TRDOR and it does not have LED turn signals on mirror so I'd have to run new wires into the cab and buy a harness right?

Can you remove the top piece without removing the glass? I’ve seen other videos removing the top shell by just pulling from the back
Yes you can, push your mirror inwards closest to the door and you will be able to pry off the bottom clips. You will need to take the cover off by starting near the windshield and squeezing with both hands to get the cover off that's how installed my puddle lights originally at first.
Looking at the Yotaverse website, the sequential mirror mounted turn signals are labeled as 14-22, while your video says 14-23.
I have a 2023 4Runner Limited 4WD, will these still be plug and play with my mirrors ??

Some people say to just tug back and pop off the top of the mirror cover. Is removing the mirror glass itself necessary?
Yeah, you can do it both ways. The Tacoma install we did without removing the mirror glass.
Are these compatible with the heated mirrors. Also, do you know when the puddle lights will be in stock again. Thanks for the detailed videos.
Yes our mirrors are heated as well. As far as puddle lights go, we currently don't have any puddle lights loaded to the site. Hopefully soon.
Mine don’t come with any turn signals on my mirrors. Will I still be able to put an after market one on it?
It's possible but you'll have to do a whole mirror swap and do some wiring.

Yes, these will fit.
@yotaxpedition how about a 2022 4runner trd pro? 2022 doesn't have signals on the mirror.
