No need to feel overwhelmed, this is not an obligatory prayer. This is a prayer that is totally voluntary. There are many, many extra prayers that Muslims love to engage in mostly because a lot of Muslims want to feel close to Allah much more. Have you ever felt after a prayer that you just wished you could keep on praying? These are the prayers that allow you to do that.

*For people who are confused*
We don't have to offer Attahiyat in the first Tashahud(after 2 rakahs), we stand up directly and only do Tashahud in 3rd rakah
Cause Prophet(pbuh) said: "don't pray Witr like magrib"
Also you can add "Dua Kunut" in the 3rd rakah
Edit: for those who are confused you can recite qunoot after ruku but according to other madhab you can recite it before ruku too

"Add dua kunoot" means say ikhlas and then again say kunoot? 2 suras ?
One more question after al fatiha when we recite any surah don't we have to say Bismillah hir Rahmanir Rahim?

U dont have to memorize niyyah in arabic... its just intention... as long as u know what salat u r praying u have already made ur intention.... but if u still wanna make it u can fo it in ur mother tongue just before saying takbir

So basically you can pray just after Isha prayer and you can also do it before fajr prayer.😊

Did anyone can explain why taraweeh prayer to be perform and witr prayer to be perform?
Taraweeh prayer is only in Ramadan after Isha prayer And it has a great favor like forgiveness of sins And getting the grades and it is a confirmed year for men and women
And the prayer of Witr only the prophet peace be upon him recommended us to do it and it is the most loved prayers for God only praise God who prays it and it brings you closer to God if you keep it, You can search for the hadiths of the Prophet and his companions about the virtue of these prayers

in the beginning you didn't even make the intention of witr also you should tell the people what you have to say when making the intention for the witr prayer
Intention in arabic is not mandatory... as long as u know in heart what u r doing its enough or u can say it ur mother tongue

For the people that converted to Islam or just started to learn how to pray you need to know this, before starting a salat you need to say this:
“Allahu-Akbar x2 Ashhadou ana la illah ila Allah wa ashhadou ana Muhammeda rasoula Allah haya ala al-salati haya ala al-falah qad qamati asalat x2 Allahu-Akbar x2 La Ilaha ila Allah ini nawaytou an ousaliya salary al(the name of salat you are praying)”
