Built up a beautiful 1986 Redline 500c. Added lots of nice redline parts as well as other goodies. Check out the video! Special thanks to Mougoo, Franco & Clayton @ Back-pedalling - Sport
Brings me back to my teens .I still love to build BMX bikes and I'm 49 years old .Great video and a beautiful looking bike .Great job
Im 47 and got back on a BMX about a year ago. Fell in love with Riding and the culture as a whole.
I know I am kinda off topic but do anybody know a good place to stream new series online ?
@Koda Jairo i would suggest flixzone. You can find it by googling =)
@Robert Bennett Definitely, been watching on Flixzone for years myself :D
@Robert Bennett thanks, I signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :D I really appreciate it !
I had a REDLINE.
My dad got it for me from Reams cycle.
Thx Dad ❤️
Massive respect for that vlog bro...red line, this my eara, and bike.....I'm old school 😅😅
I always wanted a Redline bike back in the 70's no way that I could afford one or get one for Christmas, my bike was al la carte. Swap meet bits. I still loved it and rode it every day.
I've got a redline mx 20 and my dad in the 80s had a sick 1980 redline Mx II
Very cool! Brings back memories of my youth.
I had one back in 84 or 85 loved I use to crack cheap bikes in half but the redline never failed me I sure miss my bike
Love Redlines. Had an '84 500a in the 90's as a kid. Prefferd my sticker set than the ones on this but otherwise, awesome machine.
Another super build love the zeronine decal look.skyway mags cool.
I had an RL 20B when they came out. I loved Redlines!
Great to see another 80s classic bike build. My mate had a redline when we raced here in the uk. Bet he wished he still had it. Nice bike, harvester bikes. Mark UK.
I bought a brand new one of those back when I used to race. I think my handle bars were different and it had Araya wheels with regular spokes. Loved that bike.
Funny when I would go to the swap meets back in 73 looking for parts for my BMX bike, I found an Araya front wheel, it was the lightest rim he had, and I never bent it, a one in million find.
Another beautiful build! So this would have been before RL Osborn switched to the Peregrine offset mags, yes? Always preferred the Skyway 5 spokes though...I was thoroughly pissed when I ordered my GT Pro Performer that was supposed to come with Skyway 5 spokes and instead they sent those offset 6 spoke mags which were horrible. I traded mine for some Araya spoke rims which looked WAY better on the PP.
KEEP MAKING THESE GREAT VIDEOS! They make me feel like I'm 15 again!
Looks like mine ! Still have it too !
Nice one boys, one of my favourites.
My first real bike was a 500B racing bike and I won every time! Asheville BMX 1987
Beautiful whip boys 💚💚💚
Redlines were rad back in the eighties
Amazing bike build man
Awesome man! You should do a video of all the bikes you have in your collection.
Awesome bike !
Looks great! 👍👉
Use a vinyl squeegee, work from the middle of the decal up and down equally towards the edges. No bubbles.
I still got one
nothing brings back nostalgia to me like skyway mags, or in australia we called them tuffs
very cool. i had a 500a. same year. my first name brand bmx bike
Right on, I have an 84 500a now.
Love it!
@@MrKydaman real cool. ya i love bmx. i am gonna start racing again this june. first time in 20 years. and i will document it all on my channel. i make flatland videos. i am mainly a flatland freestyle guy but getting back into racing also.
@@MOUNTAINOUS That's awesome. I've known about your channel for years bro.
@@MrKydaman thanks man.

This is heaven
I have a redline asset right now and its Awsome just like that one
love it #future80sBMX
I love you guys❤
Wow nice
I will like make a try with Redline for a redline
My redline was almost the same as this one. Mine had some kinda handle above my back breaks . Maybe for grabbing during a stunt I think????
So what’s the best way to adjust these bulldog brakes? I have both tools from park tool, the 4 in 1 thin wrench and the one with the hook to move the spring in the brake. Iv got it somewhat but def think there’s room for improvement. I heard greasing the contact points when assembling the brake helps the movement .. just wondering since this obv isn’t your first rodeo lol. Thanks for all the enjoyment
RUN DMC 👍
What's a free wheel and how does it work compared to a more modern day Hub.
Great channel. Keep up the great builds and vids.
Sweet build. Let me know if you ever decide to sell it.
Chrome is king
Flight cranks would have knocked it out of the park.
Id love to get back into building. Where does everyone get the parts?
I remember everyone wanting Redline back when I was a kid. I wanted one too. Does Redline still exist?
