- Here’s my calorie and smart point breakdown for this easy prep! (I’m currently only paying attention to calories but I include freestyle smart points for my WW friends❤️I still pay for my WW app and will probably return to points in the future!)

I just saw on connect where someone leaked the new ww plan and im so excited. apparently they will have 3 plan options and 1 is the old 30 daily point. check out Stephen Sprengel on youtube and he explains it all. im actually excited about it

So.. the carbs in all the bread based items (crackers and cereal bars too) turn into sugars in your body and unless it’s natural sugar your body doesn’t process it very well (because it’s not pure(real) it’s processed) . Even if you’re burning off what you eat or are maintaining a calorie deficit your inflammation levels will still be up and can tinker with any weight loss goals / feeling energized

Hey there! I love your videos! So I have done WW, now I am trying NOOM. I am just frustrated because I can't kick the sugar and carb addiction. Do you have any tips? I work late shift so then when I get home I am hungry! Ugh
Kristy hey Kristy! Thank you so much!!❤️ I would try to incorporate snacks throughout the day so you don’t get too hungry which always causes me to make bad decisions lol! And if you know you’re hungry when you get off work plan a good meal that’s got some good protein and healthy fats to fill you up after work! It doesn’t matter what time of day you eat so you can adjust your schedule however you’d like! 💃🏻
@@LouiseLane thank you! I will do that. I have been trying to make things on my days off to last during the week. But sometimes I just don't feel good....thyroid, fibro, allergies, etc. But I KNOW if I just do it I will feel better and better as I lose a pound at a time. :)
If you eat sugar at all your brain will make your body crave it. Replace with foods that have natural sugar and it will suck but eventually you won’t crave sugar anymore or not nearly as much

I prepped my meals for a week at a hotel with only a mini fridge and a microwave- If you have a better idea please make a video yourself!
