Professional skier Yuichiro Miura who successfully climbed Mount Everest at 80 years old earlier this year, talks about his lifetime experience with camping. From Childhood in Japan to the highest mountains in the world. Then we meet Setsumasa Kobayashi who has taken his passion for camping deep into the mountains of Nagano, the director of the "....... Research" brand, he and his wife camp out for nearly half of every week week. Stylist Ryoji Homma interviews both of these THE NORTH FACE gear users about the joys of camping and outdoor life. Really enjoyed this, thankyou so much for sharing. I truly understood what the gentleman was saying regarding the mud on his tent!!! Hahahaha 🤣🤣🤣
I hate getting mud and dirt on my tents. Needless to say, all my tents have the correct footprint, and when ever I use them, which is usually at least once a week ( I have a very understanding wife 👍🏻😁👍🏻) I put a large tarp down, then my tent footprint and then my tarp. When I get home I clean my tent and hang it out to dry. It seams a lot, but by doing this all my tents are in as good a condition as the day I bought them.
