Be it fear of any human, animal, visible and invisible object, I eliminate. Be it fear causing insecurity and disappointment, I eliminate. Now I replace fear with COURAGE. I boldly pursue what I want in life. I'm confident in every aspect.

I always thought I conquer my fears, because I didnt let them stop me. But it seems I suppressed so much fear and the fears keep haunting me, as I fight harder and harder each time to not let them affect me. I guess it s not the right way to fight fear; it costs me so much energy and I and my body get so tense from it. Do you have any considerations how to better deal with my fears? I hope this video will help me…

Was it supposed to make me anxious? Ever since playing your stuff I’ve been an anxious mess and not feeling in control….idk… feels like a red flag
If you are feeling anxious, the energy is too much/too long for you. Start with just a few minutes at a time. If it is still too much, then you may not be able to handle any of the energy on this channel.
