You'll find there are maxim's in law.. should be adhered to ;) lawyers themselves dont adhere to!

That's no doubt true! Thank goodness there are mechanisms for complaining about lawyers :-)

A good example of this might be "safe and effective" before taking a jab and then you find it is not

That's a bad example, as doctors warn you of the potential risks and side effects of any medication or vaccine.

@@merewetherful Doctors don't know the potential risks of a vaccine. They would not have a clue as they are censored to have their own opinion lest they lose their license.

@@adenovirus. This is a contracts lecture, not an anti-vaxxor site.

      1. There is no contract. The vaccine is given to you as a gift, with no consideration required.
      2. A product can be "safe and effective" even without being 100% safe and 100% effective.
      3. The doctors are doing everything they possibly can, with the very best of will, to lead us out of this disaster.
      4. You have every right in the world to refuse the vaccine. But I hope you change your mind.
      5. I'm not going to let my site be hijacked into a vax/anti-vax tennis match. I'm going to leave your comment up, because I con't want to be that cancel culture guy, but I'm afraid the conversation ends here. There are much better places for you to make this case.
      All the very best.
