- Our great friend Chad asked us to replace the wiring on his 1965 Chevy C10 that he purchased to restore for his daughter! You guys hear us talk a lot about Chad and how talented he is because he is our painter, but more importantly he’s a fantastic dad to his daughter! He teaches her so much about his skills and knowledge , and she tags right along with him in the shop and at shows! After digging into the wiring, it was easy to see someone had been there before…so it was no easy feat but the job is complete! Tim, the wrench in the wire loom is genius! I've never seen that. Thanks for the advice. I have to install a harness in a 66 Chevy truck soon. Another great video guys.

I'm a tin bender, not an electrician. I have a book that defines all the different symbols on wiring diagrams. Without that I would be lost.

Those lights in the hood are parking/ turn signal lights.

Those key switches and those trucks you turn them on accessory and take a piece of water and poke in a little round hole and turn the key a little more in the cylinder will come out

Those trucks did come out with parking lights you pull the switch part of the way out for the headlights and you had parking lights you pulled it all the way out for your headlight I have had a lot of those trucks
This truck don’t even have hazards. No switch anywhere .
@@PieceNGrease no they didn't come with hazard lights but they came with parking lights

I can not get my wires to get in the loom that easy. I never used a wrench before either, Good tips today.
