    This video shows you how to install a new variable valve timing solenoid in your 2009-2019 Ford Flex. If the variable valve timing solenoid in your vehicle is stuck or clogged, causing your engine to not run properly, you may notice reduced fuel efficiency, sputtering, rough running or stalling in your engine. Solenoids usually need to be replaced once they begin to fail.

    Thank I have not worked on a new car thanks all of u. Man I learned a lot I'm watching 2016. Lincoln mkS 3.7 V6. It's got lots of cord but thanks for the video. Good job guys thanks a million

    Guarantee removing the intake bolts in sequence doesn't mean a damn thing son.

    I can’t find anything for a 2009 Lincoln MKS. This video keeps popping up. Can I use this as reference while replacing mine in the Lincoln?

    why u replaced ONLY one when u have change can replace both solenoids as same times saved a big labor & headache later for u or customer don't cost to much labor again to do the jobs twice when u there??? for me i alway take care for customer if i know one of these those solenoids can go back again and again, i alway using Ford products latest made or best Japan made Denso or Bosch high quality brands
