Here you can find all of my programs for increasing Pull Up numbers and becoming Super Strong!
Boot Camp is designed to test you mentally AND physically.
Too keep going even though it seems impossible.
I made this workout not knowing how hard it would be with the intention of going as hard as I could the whole way through.
Can you complete it within the allotted time??

Thanks for the support!!
This was insanely hard which makes it a really good test of mental focus in my opinion. If anyone actually completes all the reps within the amount of time please let me know!! Good luck!!
Mr Eckert where are you located? Do you allow people to train with you?
I did 1k pull-ups in 3hr 26minutes
I can complete the reps but having a hard time completing it fast enough, going to keep doing the sets every morning.
Mr Michael Eckert I want to make my self strong like you ..please make a video for physically training
@@elmerpendejo6612 that is a shit ton
I’m 300 pounds today is the day I start this and imma force myself to do it exactly as you I gotta be strong and let myself know I ain’t no bitch and this will make me more mentally strong since I can take it
EDIT: ok so looking back when I made this comment I was actually 320 pounds I’ve lost 70 pounds and now I’m at 260 I’m trying to loose another 80 and go down to 180 and start to put on muscle and get a lean physique and going back to my current weight I’m 260 but I’m tall so I look like I’m around 220 I like how I look now but I’m not satisfied I know I can do better.
U got this bro just go for it
How’s it going?
Don't jump at that weight my dude. You'll kill your knees
@@charliewestern8962 I’ve lost 50 pounds I’ve been on a caloric deficit and doing more workouts and taking proteins so far going great goal weight is 150 so far I’m at 250-255 around there

God send
If Micheal is gasping and wheezing that means this is WAAAAAAAAY harder than it looks
i died after 5 sec.
@@sorgulayanorganizma7537 you need to do more exercise. Less than 5sec is bad and unhealthy you need atleast 1min.
Yeah 1 min in I was trashed for 5 I'm 5'11 200 pounds@@dielog2211
everything was good until the last 2 minutes, only did half of the 4 sets towards the end lmao
For some reason this video gave me extreme motivation. Ive been scared That I’m going to fail everything and I’m only in highschool. Ive realized it’s not always about how well you do or how many push-ups you can do, it’s about how hard you try and how much effort you put into it. And most of the time when you try your hardest and put all your effort into that thing, you can accomplish it. I guess telling myself not to stop while doing this and actually completing it made me feel more accomplished. Thanks for this.
Everyone fails, the only difference between winners and losers is the winners never give up
Im a 16 year old girl and i must say this hurt like hell but the next thing I knew I was at the end without realizing. Im no were near ready but I know im progressing with that mental toughness. So thank you for the workout and challenge I will be back to dominate this in a week. That is a promise
I’m glad to see u push through it 👏👏
Keep trying 😊 you can do it
No one said the beginning was easy, stay hard
This is amazing. I leave for Parris Island Nov 16th, so here in about 2 weeks. I've been learning a lot about what is expected of me as a future Marine but this helped put something in perspective. Its going to take undaunted effort. In the face of impossibility giving maximum effort. Discover new highs through grueling lows.
How was it?
How was it?
How was parris island tell me you made it
Did you make it?
Hope you’re doing well
I am 51 years old, my son is a Marine, so I tried this workout. Wow... I made it through the first round all under a minute. 2nd round made it almost through all under a minute....then it went down hill from there. Great workout though, and shows me I have some work to do.
Practice makes perfect
Wow, i am 15 years old and i completed minute 1,2,3,4,5,6 successfully. In minute 7 and 8 i arrived to do just 3,raunds and in the last minute i did just 2 raunds🥵🥵. Killer challenge Mike, looking forward to see more challenges like this👌
There's nothing more mentally challenging than doing this type of workout outside with cloud cover and then the sun decided to poke its head out. The intensity goes through the roof and you really need to focus and push through. Great work!
Very much appreciated! Excited to turn my life around and correct some of my bad choices
Thank you.
I now do this every morning
Army vet, here. Well done, Mike! I wish I had seen this in the months leading up to basic training.
love the transparency and determination... definitely shows the reality and mental fortitude to push oneself beyond their capable limits...
@ Michael Eckert dude thank u for the awesome ab vids and the grip strength vid. Totally has changed things for me since adding them into my daily routine.
This is EPIC!!! Def wanna try this out as part of my military style/body weight workouts

Hey thank you I did it and it kicked my butt. I’m a jr in high school and I’m working hard so that I may become guide on. And yes please do more of these videos I’d appreciate it.
Loved the workout, I'm a poolee and I did this workout with you while its was 105 degrees out. I made it, and thank you for your service!
thank you for this vid. i havent done any serious sports or fitness in about 10 years. but i applied for the canadian forces and i will use that to start my journey to getting fit for bootcamp
Nice !!!! Thank you for your service and videos ❤❤❤❤❤😊
Hey Mike, just wanted to say your a big inspiration to me and I want to be like you some day.
I found you by accident, but maybe it was grand design. My 13 year old son is getting into fitness and he wants to be a Marine. I just know he is going to be a huge fan. Thank you for being a good role model in a world where there are so few to look up to.
Thank you sir🫡, God bless USMC
I am a PT and I am always looking for ways to challenge some of my fitter clients …they are going to hate me ..thank you for your video and your service ❤
Enlisting at the end of December after being out of the army since 2021. I’m excited to get back into this type of stuff, but this workout is gonna be a great way to start getting used to the feeling of accomplishment I always got after doing something PT related. Weighed over 300lbs last year, now I weigh under 260 after a lot of hard work and dedication. Military life is my jam and I’m looking forward to being apart of the brotherhood again
Love this! I appreciate that you share a work out that you are not able to complete. Please share more.
Thank you from Israel. Will do this workout!
This is great for me because I am about to enter in the next few weeks thanks man keep it up 👍🏻
Great workout routine. Thanks!
Can't wait to try this.

What do i eat after?
@@tylerspivey9639 they did not say diet there really is no diet plan. It is for you to get the feel of being a marine.
@@AKtEMER ookay
@@tylerspivey9639 I make a tuna, egg, chicken salad with onions, peppers, celery. I make mine spicy because I eat it for lunch almost every day. If i'm being kind to myself, I put chunks of tomato and cucumber on it. Only as much mayo as necessary to make it a salad. I use a potato masher to mix it. I put it in bowls in the fridge. 4 cans of 5 oz walmart tuna in water, 2 large cans of chicken, 4-6 boiled eggs, fresh and pickled jalapenos, 2 or three stalks of celery chopped up. It's easy to make, loaded with protein and lots of veggies. With the right veggies, this 'salad' may be nutritionally complete.
I thought I was invincible until the Beginning of the second round lol. Gona try it again when someone comes to revive me!
Thank you Sir 🦾
Awesome so good i love your videos cant waite to do this challenge today.....
You keep it real. Awesome workout and video.
Michael, your video was awesome! Although I'm not doing this as preparation for boot camp, I did this so I can stay in great shape. I give it a 5 stars! Although it was tough, I pushed through. Like they say. no pain, no gain!
Greatly appreciated work
Friday January 19 the start of my military journey this video is now my daily workout
Update next year on Feb 1
"Always Hold Yourself To A Higher Standard." Never truer words ever spoken. In everyday day life as true as life in the military. "I can't do it" is the biggest cop out there is. You have already given up on yourself and have been defeated before you even tried. Try, give your best and know, you did not accept defeat. You have won. Everyone must believe in themselves, if they ever expect anyone else to believe in them. God bless and stay safe. ✌️❤️🙏
Thank you for sharing this content.
Def gonna try this. I was 280 last year dropped down to 230 and now at 250. I got to lose 40 more pounds. Going for FAST Company
Please more videos like that!!!!!!
I'm 14 and have been interested in joining the marines for a while now and have been having doubts if I can even achieve my dreams but this has been really helpful and I'll never quit
You’re also 14 when you get older you’ll have even more testosterone so you’ll get even stronger.
Did you ever join the Poolee program as a guest at a Marine office near you your comment is a year old now 😆

That's called an incredibly valuable way to spend 10 minutes of your life. Great workout 👍
The good days , I’m getting it back 💪🏽 USMC
Ship to Army bootcamp Monday, and Im glad to say I kept up with you falling a tad bit behind but we finished together. THANKS BEAST
How was it
Army doesn’t have boot camp, they have BCT...
@@conquerneptune1171 its the same thing just with different names
@@XXX-ir4iq It isn’t the same though, marines are not taught basic combat skills that can make them easily deployable assets like the army are able to. Boot camp is physically more demanding and also a phase to try and eliminate the weak, the army basic training is training made to help those that are already “accepted” be ready for deployment as needed. The biggest difference is between the two groups which are the military(army/Air Force) and the naval service(navy/usmc). You also should really evaluate the difference between both branches as their training is very unique and the latter is harder than the former, hence why they are called the few and the proud.
@@conquerneptune1171 You’re right, thanks for the information you’ve told me some things I didn’t know
Just “finished” this on wood mulch lol. Hands are all cut up but I feel great. Thanks for the workout bro.
What a fun and challenging workout. I did the first round in my office :)) can't wait to try it outside on the grass :D
❤❤❤LOVE IT. GOTTA DO IT FOR 30 DAYS STRAIGHT.

Hi Michael, thank you for your lesson, is very important for me, but you are out of status in this excercises.
No wonder Marines are the ones you send in first.

@@ICursedDevilI Good shit. Leaving January
@@maxmakingmillions1014 good luck brother
Hey Mike, just finished this circuit and yes it was intense.
Just one observation though, I did this twice. First EMOM where I was unable to finish the third round workouts but as the minutes ended, I had moved on to the next workout. But then I decided to run it again and finish all workouts in the third round(no more emom) 8(PU+TJ) x4, 20 crunches x4, 20 MC+ 16 UPnDowns (back to back without breaks) and it was waaay more tiring and required a lot more self motivation. You may wanna add that part as well.
Awesome yeah like I said I put it together and this was my first time doing it so that sounds like a good addition!
Watching this is making my stomach turn.
Semper fi. I train boxing now and basically just put my guys through a quarter deck.
Today I’m starting this, I’m 207.4 lbs. You motivating me, I’ll be back with 2 week results

This is intense fellas. I’m not close to finishing in the time frame yet but I damn sure won’t stop until I got it. Going to BTC in 2 months!
I’m retired but I still do my workout everyday that I can. Still hate it but I refuse to let myself go.
Huge inspiration man! Joining the Navy this coming Thursday! Going to be hitting this workout on the beach everyday until I ship out! Super excited and verry hopeful our paths may cross. Question: is there any need to do running after the workout or is it considered HIIT training ?
This is one of a few similar workouts I want to do. They all will pretty much be impossible to complete but that just leaves so much room to improve. You can just do this or add whatever you want to after it. It kicked my ass though lol
@@MichaelEckert Thanks for the reply ! Yeah i am just trying to find something to prepare for boot camp regardless, i willl most likely try and complete everyday, I am taking 2 months to get into boot camp mindset and will workout everyday rain or shine ! Thanks again for the help!

Nice!!! I want to do this warm up before my daily 5Ks. Question: What's a decent 5K running pace for marines? Not to pass a PFT or anything, just a decent good run.
Good evening Sargeant from Philadelphia,
I'm 48 years old I'm 6'8" 350lbs. Doctor says I need to be 265 270 max. I was involved in an accident many years ago that affected my lower back. I've definitely built up a pretty large gut and I would love to lose it. My question is these exercises that you're showing here, would it be okay for me to do? Or lower impact to start? Thanks for your time and more importantly your service!
Start fasting trust me
Dude, check with a doctor, not a Marine!
Ur a Sargent? Please post yelling motivation I really need it
Try the carnivore diet

I'm 16 turn 17 in July I'm about 6 foot and 220-225 not in the best shape but not obese I've been interested in joining the Marines in 2023 when I graduate I've been doing a good bit of running my mile time is about 745 I've mostly have been doing weights and hiit exercises about 4 out of 7 days a week. I finally decided to ramp it up a bit and I found this video I did and my God I am shot I have decided to do this 2 times a week for a month and then add 1 more until I can do it almost every day. Thanks for making this this is exactly what I needed.

I like that he didn't do the workout until he went on camera. Adds an air of authenticity like he wasn't practicing this workout to show everyone. Getting blown up on camera and showing everyone what's up. I don't think you need a gym membership to do all of this. XD
The best way to prep for boot camp is riding 6 miles of biking a day 5 days a week, farmers carry and weighted pushups.
