    A good display of how not to couple two locomotives together.

    I wonder how say a Siemens Taurus or Vectron in push pull mode. How the lead locomotive controls the locomotive at the back. Seen many in this configuration in the Rola trains from the Brenner Pass to Worgl.

    Is the large d - ring with the turn buckle all that couples that train together ?

    May I ask what the steering wheels are for? We in the United states do not have them in our engine.

    • @loveexpress2255
      @loveexpress2255 Před 4 lety

      The "steering wheel" is like hand brake from the car, these brakes assure the locomotive to not go away.

      It's a voltage regulator

    Zbog cega masinovodja mora da obavlja posao manevarskog osoblja

    • @bokicalokica
      @bokicalokica Před 4 lety

      Не обавља посао маневарског особља. Машиновође за једнопосед (без помоћника) добијају накнаду за једнопосед па онда морају да послужују вучно возило тј. да раде оно што би требало помоћник да обави. Нико неће помоћника због додатка на плату али то значи и неколико дужности више.

      Da, zaista. To je kao kad bi neki pilot punio gorivom svoj Boing umesto mehaničara.

    So much different from the Diesel locomotive USA...

    • @stratkiller86
      @stratkiller86 Před 4 lety +2

      The US had vast electrified railways until the 1970s. The economic recession caused most rail companies to abandon the neglected infrastructure in favor of the diesel to cut losses.

    Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz ist wohl ein Fremdwort bei Euch ?
    Ab und zu mal die Fenster putzen hilft, wenn man die Signale nicht mehr sehen kann .
    Das Fahrstufenrad würde ich nur mit Einmalhandschuhen anfassen und Arbeitshandschuhe sowie Warnkleidung fehlen ebenso !

    • @FabiaLp
      @FabiaLp Před 4 lety

      Sieht sauberer aus als der Durchschnitts 420 hierzulande. Dass Warnkleidung nur im Westen so extrem ist, ist auch keine Neuigkeit, bis in die 80er Jahre war es auch in Deutschland normal mit Sakko im Gleisbereich zu schaffen, wusste auch keiner was von Warnwesten. Handschuhe machen zum Kuppeln schon Sinn, ansonsten nutze ich auch keine, nur eben wenns scharfkantig, heiß oder dreckig ist.

    Totally without information, nothing more than a lot of noise and walking around. Nothing is explained at any time, need to buy a pair of gloves too, obviously. Good leather ones to protect your hands. Wasted timed without explanation. Lots of dark places and looking at the ground.
