I stripped down my 2022 Heritage and took it out on a beautiful evening ride tonight. I call it my promenade. It was wonderful. No helmet 14" fat bars S&S slip ons. I do that once in a while down the main drag and some back streets where I grew up and down main street in town. People are sitting at tables outside restaurants in town on the side walks and the speed is 20 mph so everyone can see and hear this beautiful bike. Then back up the main drag and turn around to head for home. Flip on CZcams and I see this playing. I'm still in the same vibe I was in only with a cup of coffee typing this message. Nice.
Finally, someone makes a video that lets me observe how the bike sounds, how it rides, and the glare if any, on the windshield at night. Thank you for not blabbing through the whole video. I am on my second Road glide but took a test ride on the 2023 Heritage classic on Saturday. I like the way it rides, is a bit lighter, and has that classic look. It did vibrate more on interstate speeds (80+) but most of my riding is around town or 200 mile trips in and around Tennessee. I’m getting a little bit older and I think I’m going to trade the RG for the Heritage. Good video. Thank you.
Did you end up doing that? If so, what are your thoughts comparing the two bikes? Reason I ask is because I have a 2019 Road Glide Special and I’ve been thinking of trading for the Heritage as well!
@@daoudmh1I made the trade and am loving the Heritage. It rides differently but awesome. It’s lighter and dips into turns easier while maintaining power and get up and go. It doesn’t cut the wind as easy as the Roadglide but still good for a longer ride. The stock seat is nice but not as comfortable as the Sundowner I had on my Roadglide. It’s a smaller bike but still able to ride longer distances. It’s not a touring bike but to me it’s more fun. It rips around town easier. For sure it was an adjustment but after having two Roadglides, I’m liking the change and the classic look. Will it be my forever bike? Quite possibly. I have no regrets trading for the Heritage.
Its a harley. Thats just part of it. Not juust vecause its a harley, i do it with my other bikes aswell. Have you ever ridden a motorcycle or do you ride electric?
