My husband and I were staunch Republicans, until 2008, when I drifted over to the Democratic side. It took my husband a bit longer, but neither of us voted for Trump. I sincerely fear for our country if there is another Trump victory. I can't say anything ANY better than these 18 former Trump voters did.

I was a conservative, my last vote was for McCain. After I witnessed the racist vitriol against Obama, I never voted conservative again. As a now Independent I quit the GoP when Trump won in 2016. A "man" who says you can watch little girls change because you own the pageant, or mocks PoW's will never have my support and it shamed me how many Republicans voted for him.
I am sincerely terrified if he wins the election and afraid what his cult family will do if he loses. I’m looking into selling my home and leave the country. I’m a single woman and just don’t feel safe in my own country anymore. I feel sick saying it. I come from a long line of veterans. My grandfathers ship was sunk in Pearl Harbor and the Guadalcanal. He received a Purple Heart and Naval Star. My father did 2 tours as a marine in Vietnam. My family have been proud Americans, until now.

I RESPECT our CONSTITUTION! First off I didn't like what he said on Truth Social about what he wanted to do to the Constitution, I saw it, before he took it down. You don't touch the Constitution!Then, six months ago in an interview, that I saw on Fox, him saying that just on day one, he will be a dictator. Well with my strong convictions about our Constitution and what it means for America, those are definite deal breaker. You don't say those things, even in a joking manner, which he has repeated since, so highly doubt he was joking. Dictatorship goes against the very foundation of our Constitution! It's so refreshing to hear these things coming from people who have voted for Trump in the past. Many Trump supporters won't even accept the truth, let alone speak it, so my hat's off to these folks for speaking out against him and doing what's best for their country. I’m a retired and disabled veteran and was a lifelong Republican until 2016. I realized how damaging he could be to the country. His disparaging remarks about his opponents, failed endeavors (seriously, how can some declare bankruptcy “SIX” times and still consider himself a “brilliant” businessman), his disregard for law and order, repudiation of NATO, anti-Muslim, anti-Mexican, entire anti-immigration policies was repugnant. I’m ashamed as a Reaganite Republican that it took this long for me to recognize the ugliness and destructive power of the Republican Party and their internal plots to overthrow the wonderful, beautiful democratic document we know as the US CONSTITUTION.

After all THEY HAVE BEEN IN A WAR (1939-1944) SO THEY LOST A LOT OF STUFF. The U.S. mainland has never been bombed "so what do they know about what countries are ABLE TO PAY."? "I did not even find anything about the 2% payment thing."
. Maybe Trump should pay his lawyers the money he owes them $413M? But then his penalties add up to $600M. so he is long on tooth, but short on cash. Right now he is ripping off MAGA believers of their cash to pay for his problems. Once they wake up to the CON, they will then stop donating to him and his various funds which are scams.

The war in Afghanistan was a war between the U.S. & Afghanistan. NATO had nothing to do with it...and the same goes for Iraq in which the U.S. secured OIL. A 20 year war just to get some oil.
