Yes it is getting that way. I had to kick down the sprayer a few miles per hour because of the dust. Too much dust will interfere with the products application. Something about the chemicals bonding to the dirt and not the plant.

Case ih is a american company but a new 800 thousand dollar combine is less than half price in russia for the same brand new combine. Thats what the governments there to stop not tell us were the problem.
