I felt self disgust and i cant focus on anything and forget a lot and a lot of negative thoughts get in my head and i was depressed for a period of time, just like my life turned dark just because of few seconds of lust. But i promised myself to not do it ever again, my advice for you my brothers just keep fighting and dont give up, this shit is just ruining your mindset and body and kills your energy, porn were made just to ruin people's lifes and their minds. just dont give up for a few seconds of lust that you will pay a lot for.
Think of it this way. If you aim to go 60 days clean, and you relapse only twice. That's 58 days you've gone clean which is equal to 96% which is still really good. You have to compare yourself to the past and you will see the progress you've made, and you wont feel bad about yourself
Agree, when you could once beat a personal record, you always are like "ok now i can go for a couple of weeks without it" thing is not get caught in that bad habit for so long

NOT fapping is bad and fapping very times is also bad, you have to find the balance, you have to fap but without watching porn and not falling into addiction, like 1,2,3 times a month i no more

Fap and porn is a very bad thing for you if you do it every day or multiple days a week, but not fapping is very bad too biologically, you just have to find the balance path and to find it, yes you can do a 30 day to rewire your brain and then start fapping 2 or 3 every month but you have to feel you dont depend on porn and fapping. But again, fapping sometimes is good for your health but dont do it very times only very few.
But the major concern for majority of people those who are recoverimg from this addiction and already on a longer nofap streak and once they relapse and after that they get into chaser effect (binge relapsing) which may take weeks or months to come out of it. So along with taking it as cheat meals also takes into consideration chaser effect that comes along with it.
It's your life you can do what you want but it kind of defeats the whole purpose of No Fap it's called NO Fap for a reason and me personally I still get a day or two of bad depression when I relapse so I'm not doing it sometimes
So what if you are successful in staying off the porn cold turkey, but the urge to fap is still a problem; is it okay to fap occasionally as long as you stay off the porn? I mean just for now while you're trying to go for longer periods without fapping.
