How to fix a Nerf Scooter

In this video I take apart a Nerf Blaster Scooter and try to figure out why it no longer fires bullets. This is my first time working on one of these so I have to use my general troubleshooting skills to figure out how it's meant to work and possible areas to look at when it stops working.
