I've broken 1k plenty of times at the pub. The key is to stand directly to the side of it and not in front of it. Swing with your hips rotating all your momentum when you throw your punch. I've won so many bets from people much larger than I am from playing this game so much.

It’s the same physics as throwing a baseball vs throwing a punch: punches are more straight on, throwing a ball is more of a whipping motion. Just because a pitcher can throw 90+ mph balls. Doesn’t mean they have the same knockout power as professional fighters.

I believe what he did is called the hammer punch from ninjitsu. Never tried it on this before
Hammerfists is the secret lol think of the concept of a speed bag your not hitting it with straight punches, the bag on these machines hang the same way well similar to a speed bag. Regardless of how you hit it you have to hit it in the center, if you clip it will be no good. I open hand slap it sometimes and you would be surprised. There’s forsure techniques to getting high scores. A good overhand punch works well for punches.
Me and my friend (little scrawny guy) did this together and 😮 I did a regular punch and he did a punch like this and only got about 30 higher then me kinda hurt my ego but little did I know he was just trying to get a high score😂

@@chasepotter2376 Hammer fist is a punch. The trick is to get that bag to hit the top as fast and direct as possible. Like an upward powdered hook shot or side hammer fist aiming it upwards fast. Direct that bag straight into that hole even with a roundhouse kick.

Im guessing hammerfist is the most efficient because its the softest part of the hand.
Using the Power = Work/time in physics, that becomes Power * time = Work
The softest part has the most contact time, therefore increasing the work energy transferred.

These things are dumb. It’s a certain way you have to hit it, it’s more in how you hit, not so much how hard. Basically it’s more about the technique. I got like 600 something, my first, and only time last night, and I’m 27. Your age definitely doesn’t matter
