I don't know why ppl doesn't understand flight delayed etc. Airlines also paid thousands of money if their flight is delayed from their site. In aviation everything is on time performance. Their might be technical issues it is better for the flight to be delayed rather than flying with technical issues which will keep ppl life at risk, moreover, their's air traffic and many more. Even the employees are not paid fwd for the flight delayed. They waste the same mins/hrs like the customers.

But not citing 'excat' reasons for the delay, giving vague and ambiguous answers, not making any alternative arrangements if the delay lasts more than say 5-6 hours and not giving any compensation is not correct. Delay karo, par phir us delay ko justify karke necessary action bhi lo.
@@amishagarwal3151 I totally agree , Once a flight left me on the airport, they forgot to check properly and did not announce my name ( I was sitting at the seats near the gate whole time but then it seems that they changed the gate and did not even announce that , they came person to person to inform other passengers and they forgot me )

Why do you fly air india, you probably would have to fight thru Heavan and earth to get compensation. Must have improved under TATA. I prefer Air Canada. Any delay more than 4 hours, get PAID $$$$.
