Our project got delayed by the fact that the original rear spoiler was installed without being bolted on. We had to mark and drill all new holes. This is something we were not expecting. But that was the only mishap and the new spoiler looks great!

Do you need to use the adhesive tape or can you just use the bolts to hold it to the trunk?

I wouldn’t cheap out and not use tape. Don’t want to take a chance at your nice spoiler flying off.😎

i got mine but the holes dont fiit the orginal hole so do i drill new 1s in ?

You would probably be ok with just the two way tape, but it’s a big wing. You should drill new holes and bolt it to be safe.

Just took my factory one off, but I guess you have already found out that the factory one is bolted on also.

I was expecting the factory spoiler to be bolted on. This Mustang’s spoiler wasn’t. Which means who ever installed this spoiler, was too lazy or too afraid to drill holes.

@@fixinit From another video here, they said there was a factory delete option on their Mustang so it didn't have a rear spoiler, and so they had to drill also.
