FESTA is a two-week celebration of the BTS debut anniversary. It usually begins on June 1 and goes through their anniversary date, at least - June 13 (sometimes longer - last year was most all of June because it was their tenth anniversary). They release never before released content like dance practices, behind-the-scenes video, always a new song either from the group, a sub-unit, or one of the individual members (this year Jung Kook released “Never Let Go” and last year it was the group song “Take Two”). They usually also do a “Muster” which is a fan concert that usually features a lot of their b-sides (and more casual, fun interactions). The performance of “134340” you also released tonight was from 5th Muster (my personal favorite); three years ago was their most recent Muster - Sowoozoo (which is actually romanized Korean for Mikrokosmos) - and they did that one by livestream only because of COVID). Last year they did a huge celebration in Seoul, for their tenth anniversary - with various stores doing special events, a giant fireworks show, a fan event hosted by RM, etc. My daughter and I were lucky to be in Seoul for the fireworks show last year - there were 400,000 people in attendance, along the Han River. The fireworks were set to BTS music, and the show was narrated by Jung Kook and live streamed so that ARMY could watch from all over the world.
Usually fans pitch in and buy congratulatory ads in famous locations around the world Seoul bus stops, busses, in the subways, on electronic billboards, and in cities like NYC (Times Square). Last year BTS bought advertising with messages for ARMY, and they put a huge “BTS PRESENTS EVERYWHERE” sign on the side of their company’s skyscraper, as well as had a mural of all seven members painted at the base of the building. This year they put another sign in the building that says “”APOBANGPO” (ARMY FOREVER BTS FOREVER). A phrase coined by Jung Kook. The hangeul lettering of the sign incorporates both the BTS and the ARMY logos.
This year, it was planned carefully for Jin to be released from the military in time for their anniversary. He is doing a membership-only fan meet online at 7 AM ET tomorrow (Thursday), preceded by a “hug event” where 1000 lucky ARMY will get to see him in person and get a light hug (or a handshake if they prefer) directly from Jin. The first event will not be streamed.
Five members greeted Jin as he exited his base last night (their Wednesday morning), and all seven were together for a bit at HYBE directly after.

We also celebrate ARMY’s birthday, too, by the way - on July 9. They usually do something nice for us then, too, just not as elaborate or as long as FESTA.

Its must be hard to give him just a light hug, idk I've only known BTS for a few months now but I would be in absolute shock to be close to them. Jin is finally out of the military today and it was ao much fun to watch jin come out and be greeted by the other members. But now we have so much to come from Jin and we are all so happy hes also well to.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

mikrokosmos holds a special place in armys hearts. this song, along with many others was a song they wrote for us. basically to express how much they love us and how they want us to be together forever. love my seven so much 💜. btw, there’s no mv for mikrokosmos.

Mikroskosmos this performance does have subtitles tho especially if it's on the BangtanTV one there are subtitles just to help you a bit there.

FESTA is BTS's annual celebration of their Debut (6/13/2013). It starts on June 1, and goes to the 13th. they release special content for ARMY's, unseen dance practices, songs by members, for ARMY's (this year Jungkook's song Never Let Go, was the FESTA song released, last year JIMIN released Letter to ARMY, and TAKE TWO from BTS to ARMY. Jungkook released MY YOU for 2022 Festa, and they've done performance videos and Special concerts. SOWOOZOO (Mikrokosmos) in 2021 was their Muster concert for FESTA, and they released BTS Room Live performance video for 2021 FESTA. They announce Specific songs for fans. There is at least one song on each album that are fan songs. MOTS: Persona was almost all written for or about ARMY's. And RM wrote 90% of that album. Two songs were not ARMY songs. Jin will be performing for ARMY's. for 2024 FESTA, because he was just discharged. That's in 5 hours, the performance is for ARMY membership holders on Weverse only.
Microcosmos is one of the songs on their famous award show performance MMA2019.
They were asking the fans to look up cuz the drones were making up the bts or army logo ( don't exactly remember which one). Its the encore part of the concert where they usually do something called 'army time'. Songs especially close to bts and army hearts. Usually no choreo they just hang out with army in casual clothes ( mostly concert merch, like you see here) and sing.
During the Festa week/2 weeks they release official content from earlier years that they have not previously released, can be from concerts or dance practices or behind the scenes etc. They also usually have a gathering with food where they talk live with us, they often release a new song (maybe this year there won't be as all members except Jin are still serving).
Jin has been released from his military service and I am pretty sure he will release some music.
Mikrokosmos has quite a deep meaning, you can see an explanation by Bookish Theories that is very good. There is no MV for it, so this may be a good way to understand the lyrics.

They usually don’t have translations for live concerts but you could try ‘Enjoy BTS MORE ‘for subtitles on lives as she transcribes subs onto videos that don’t have them. She is a trusted channel.

Festa is our BTS debut anniversary.. so we celebrated by Weverse gave us free concerts on CZcams. This year they gave us 3 full concerts.. one from their first tour The RED BULLET, one from the WINGS tour era, this one is from the LOVE YOURSELF SPEAK YOURSELF tour
