Wonder if watching TV at an arm length is good for your eyes. I guess it will be good enough when they start Airbnb for 45 bucks a night.
I'm curious? How much will the studio's go for? and is there a sliding wall or glass to separate the balcony from the bedroom area in the studio floor plan? Also, will there be studio's facing the beach and what will be the highest floor studio that a foreigner can purchase?

I love it. I think I'd want to live near the beach. Jomtien looks so appealing. I've been looking at East Pattaya where I can get a nice single-family home with a pool. Communities like Silk Road Place. Do you plan to feature any communities in EP? Thanks.
Yawn. Just another cookie cutter high rise Pattaya condo. And they're getting smaller yet more expensive each time.

Can you do a video on the new tax law, without clear guidance, anyone bringing money into thailand in 2024 to buy a condo maybe subject to some crazy income tax in 2025. So I remit 200,000 USD into thailand and I get taxed on that before buying a condo?? What??
I’d rather not touch that issue with a yardstick. But there are other channels out there by attorneys here that can elaborate on how you’re more likely NOT to be liable to taxes.

Not interested in overpriced shoeboxes - especially in Pattaya at Bangkok prices. Developers need to stop with this concept - people need somewhere to live and grow with a family, there are no future prospects in these type of units. 90 sqm is a 1 bed in many countries.
