      l rung up one morning to tall them some one was on there side in the gutter and had not moved for 30 mins and they said go and see if they was just a sleep l said l was going out in the van in 10 mins and would find out when l run over them backing out funny 2 cars turned up in mins

      If you could get through to them on the phone. I called 101 for some druggies intimidating mums with prams in a public park. Said I was 28th in the queue. Hung up and called 999 - they weren't bothered, just wanted my details, but showed no interest in turning up.

      In the US it’s the same. The first Will almost always call for backup, and in many cases , backup will call for backup and before you know it, there are 12 cops surrounding you. They work in gangs here.

    A few months back, I saw this bloke driving like he was hammered. He was all over the road and came close to crashing several times. I rang the police, but they said they didn't have anyone to send and that maybe a camera would catch his number plate to help track the whereabouts. I was shocked. I just hope he didn't kill anyone. But turn up with a camera they come in numbers.

    To be fair it is their building. It's also mine, AB's and everyone else's building. AB has my permission to film any location I have partial ownership of so I would encourage him to do so. That way I can see how my public servants are behaving and maintaining my property.
