- Is your front porch just missing something? In this small front porch makeover tutorial, I show you a few quick and easy ways to update your front porch on a budget. If you have a transom window, spice it up by frosting the window with your house numbers. Can't add a punch of color to your front door due to HOA rules? Add a vinyl welcome sign. Add some personality with some inexpensive boxwood topiaries in some inexpensive yet impressive urns.

Love these ideas! The window looks so expensive and custom! Can’t wait to try this at my house.
Oh... I am so glad! Thank you. Would love to see the finished product. =)
The frosted glass idea is genius! The whole set up looks awesome!
Lisa Burningham Thanks! I am really loving it!
I've watched thirty ish of these now and this one had to be the best. I really enjoyed you and your ideas! :)
Love your frosted address lettering
Stunning! Finishing touch would be to paint the wreath holder with same paint on door ♥️
Looks good.
And you have a lot of energy
Great inspiration!! My front door is black and you have definitely inspired some ideas. Great job!!!

Thanks for watching!
Great ideas, thanks!
This is beautiful. Could you give some ideas on how to boost curb appeal on front porch with double doors?
It all looks so good!
Tammie Currie Thank you! ☺️
Love the frosting on the window. It makes the numbers pop without missing out on the light you get on the inside of your home. Thanks for sharing Natalee.

Wow...this looks amazing. 💖
+Carolyn Powers Thanks! 💕
Just found your channel. What great ideas!
Very beautiful! I have a double door. Can you guide for this as well.
WOW!
What did you use for the frosted spray paint. It’s absolutely beautiful
I love this..but I can’t!! I have no porch, but a large area outside my door. I get so much wind. I have to have big, heavy items..with wide bases. Ugh! I would love a tree or pot outside, but it needs to be BIG and/or pots near the ground. A wreath would be beautiful, but would blow off or damage the door by flopping around. Any help or suggestions for ‘this kind of area would be greatly appreciated!
I wonder if you waited a pot down with a bunch of rocks at the bottom of it. Would that help?
Are the hinges to your front door really on the outside? Not safe as you can pop the pen and take the door off in like 2 minutes. Must be hung backwards.
I know it seemed weird to me to but is somewhat common here... it protects from a hurricane blowing the door in. Thankfully we live in a guarded community and is hard to get in.
What is the font for the welcome on the front door? I love it!

Can u clean the door window from the outside with windex? Will the frosting come off though?
+Edith Allen You know I have to be honest… I haven’t actually needed to clean mine yet because it’s under a covered porch. But let me do a little digging or test it out and I’ll let you know what the results are. Thanks for the good questions!
My door is also under a covered porch, but I live in AZ and it gets dusty and im very clean lol let me know when u find out i really loved ur idea it will def make my front door look different since I live in a association and all the houses here look the same😊
Edith Allen I totally get it. We lived in Arizona for a couple of years and those sandstorms are kind of crazy! I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. I am in the process of shooting my patriotic tablescape for next weeks episode. But after that I will get to the bottom of it.
Love it all, but you didn’t show how you did the numbers?
Yes .. I start at 36 seconds. 😃💕
Ok...I’ll look again.
Nice except the "welcome" on the door. Makes it to busy. Perhaps a nice round rock with welcome painted on it would be better.
Where can I get that wreath?
Those topiaries, are those real of faux?
+Thea Hopson Real! Actually surprised I haven’t killed them yet.😆 I picked them up at Walmart.
and I think those urns were only $20.00 I have 4 of them :) thanks connie
I have 2 of them... love them... will probably get more of them, if I could stop killing things I put in pots. 😬😂
Am I the only one who thinks it looks weird to have the door hinges on the outside of the house and the door opening outward? If someone wants to take the door off your house, what’s to stop them from just removing the hinge pins?
I know it seemed weird to me to but is somewhat common here... it protects from a hurricane blowing the door in. Thankfully we live in a guarded community and is hard to get in.
@@designedtothenines Thank you for the explanation! I would be nervous with the door that way, but I would be very, very nervous if I lived near hurricanes, so there it is! lol! I just found your channel today. It’s very lovely!!!
So happy to meet you! We live in Central Florida so feel like it’s as safe as you can get. 🤞
