I play Moira further forward than our tank...

- I'm a big believer that Moira's hidden utility revolves around being able to bait our shots and absorb pressure freeing up teammates to accomplish their goals. Smart fade use allows you to bail out any time and her sustain and small hitbox means that you can really ease up the pressure being applied on your tank.

#Overwatch2 #overwatch - Hry
Even though I've been watching your videos for a while, the thing that got me out of Gold was prioritizing the objective. Just stalling/blocking has won me so many games that I should've lost. I've climbed from Silver to Platinum in two seasons just from watching and learning, so thanks for the awesome content!
you're such a menace for that at 16:07 all the way up to you eliminating sojourn at the very end causing them to lose lmao
that was gripping game play. well done.
you are my king
no shot you already uploaded thia game hahaha
Ay do you sell coaching? I want to be good at this character so bad but I can't get out of the loop of constantly healing crit teammates until we all die :(
Sounds like you’re stuck in that healing mentality hero other than support hero because those are two different things.
Go make a new account, pick Moira, queue up for a game and go and fight people. Mute the chat and voice chat.
Now forget completely about healing. It's not your main account, who cares?
Just play a match, and go and right click and fade around fighting people. Try to stay alive for as long as you can.
Now after you have 5+ games of doing this, try to also heal your team a little bit, then go back to fighting people.
Gradually work more and more healing into your game.
Doing this is not how you want to play Moira, but it will teach you and get you used to moments when you're not healing your team, but accomplishing something else.
Once you've played like this for a while, go back to your main account, and play the same way you used to play, healing players a lot. You will probably find that even though you're healing and trying to keep players alive like before, you're also weaving in some damage, some 1v1 duels, and just generally getting more value than you did before chasing critical teammates around until everyone dies.
@@ArxUK Thanks a lot :)
@@noemicontreras8809 This is... sort of true? I'm a diamond mercy who blue beams about 50% so it's not like I fundamentally misunderstand the support role, I just constantly obsess about whether my teammates can survive if I become aggressive for a sec and the answer is almost always no :(
I'mma try what Arx said because I really don't even duel with Moira much. My only damage is typically purple orbs lol
That’s amazing advice. Thanks so much for that.
What is the strafe pattern you use to not get hit by widow?
Know how long it takes for her to charge her shot. Line up so you're easy to hit so she goes to take the shot, then move right before she does.
For ow2 it’s more about eliminating opponent team numbers. So you can win the fight. Thats how I felt comparing 1 and 2. Brig is good if you have doom or hammy because Moira isn’t that a good meta for these tank
I've always liked playing with a ball as a moira main. I dont have to worry about them most of the time and I can focus on damage a lot more. But doom yeah its a little hard for me.
That hog was vip in second match
