RIP Robert. I watched and listened to a lot of him and bought his book years back but didn’t get far into it. Buhlman was my main motivation when first practicing AP. Something about watching and listening to his talks and interviews convinced me and filled me with the belief that I could leave my body. Don’t think I would have ever achieved AP without William Buhlman.

I'm reading Robert's book these days, and it's kind'a sad to hear he has passed, but I'm sure he's prepared for it.
Thank you for the tips! Have you made a video on the subject of fear and how to move past it? It sounds so uncanny to know you're on an alien planet or in the far flung future or past or in an alternate reality. For you was it just a matter of starting out with simple/close by astral trips and then gradually getting more confident, or was fear never something that made you hesitate? I listen to your videos and think "that's awesome, I want to do that too" but imagining it realistically, some of the things you've experienced would feel quite bizarre and scary to me. I'm hoping when I'm able to AP it wont feel too above my head to do similar things like you have.

Rick! I don't know if you'll understand my question, but how responsive is the astral plane? For example, if I'm out and I think about you, will I be automatically teleported to where you are? Or I really have to focus on coming to you? Does that make sense? I mean, how hard I have to focus to go to someone or something.
Are there also times where you try to focus and nothing happens? Like trying to see if bigfoot is real, but its not so the astral doesn't respond?
If you’re an average projector, you need either an ident (space time coordinates) or you must know a person very well personally. Otherwise, you lack the map/ GPS to go to the person desired.
PS. If you tried to locate Bigfoot (assuming it exists) with no pinpoint info, you’d probably find yourself at best soaring over the Pacific NW forest. And good luck even finding a bear in that case. One idea is to try to reach the Akashic Records. The librarians aren’t usually very welcoming to humans from our time, but if you kiss the right ass you might get some help using the Records for your search.

Something I don’t understand is how do u communicate with other beings, is it in English? Is it with just with emotions?
I get telepathic images that I translate, with varying degrees of accuracy based on the race, into my English equivalent.

I have to share some thoughts on the magical mystery component revolving around astral projection.
My time has not come yet to astral project, but I know that I soon will. According to my human design I am a 1/3 (Investigator/Martyr) and the inner investigator in me activates at certain times saying "Hey, I know we have to wait, but seriously? Try astral projecting again nonetheless!" So I go for it anyways and all these obstacles occur like for instance my limbs start to jump up and down, left and right, then my throat would dry up so bad that it stings or I would get nauseous. No matter how much I try, I cannot project, because the time has not come, meaning the mystery component is still missing. Can't wait for it to activate tho! I have a question for Mister Rick.
1.Mister Rick, what do you think about tarot cards??
I have a few decks I bought in the 80’s. I think they’re a window into the psyche of the person reading them.
@@astralclub5964 O yes, and they also work with the astral and with guides too. I learned that they have trouble saying things about the future, because everything is a possibility.
The cards told me that I need to be patient, I asked them why I cant project yet and they gave a solid answer. It was "Be patient, it will happen soon, also, work on your traumas".
Mister Rick, do you know a method for healing traumas?
