I live with 2 cats. One, Prince, is an amazing white which has an open relationship with me. She is - owning the appartment complex and was at home here before us. She is - coming and going. She - introduced Kitty (from HelloKitty, an amazing tricolore) which has a Codependent relationship with me. And yes, she brought her here and stayed here and slept here with her until - well - Kitty bonded with me. I am not joking, it is - insane. She lives with me and rarely goes outside - always can, no discussion here. Once per day we go and check out territory together - she knows that moment, I walk out the territory with her and she is always around, the happy to be back home. Cats are AMAZING.

My cats get up on the bed to remind me that they want food and to make sure I’m ok

I avoided getting a dog because i didn't think with me working it would be fair if there were any issues with separation anxiety, what happens? i ended up with a cat with the worst separation anxiety ever! i love her but the fact that i end up having to sedate her to do the weekly shop and she still balds herself is ridiculous! 15 years old and she is still afraid i'll abandon her? i don't even go away over night unless she comes with me! all just in the hope she stays calm and stops trying to look like a badly groomed poodle! lol
