Channing giving Nurse credit for Embiid is wild. Go look at Embiid’s numbers the season before Doc joined compared to the three seasons Doc coached. Mind you he went from being a promising injury prone inconsistent player to MVP under Doc. Also Channing’s name should have been Dic Quivers today.

"Jokic was great and should've gotten the MVP last year." This statement is true. But my pushback was that Embiid deserved one of the previous 2 Jokic had gotten, especially after he improved so much. You could sat they swapped MVPs, because Joel was leading the league in PPG as a Center. Hasn't been done since Shaq. So both were doing historic shit, but the media refused to talk about Embiid and were hyper focused on Jokic, which ruined his REAL MVP year. 2021 season I think
People like to flip flop about should the postseason matter for MVP, but the bottom line was that many people didn't believe Jokic deserved 3 MVPs in a row, which is valid. Jokic wasn't head and shoulders above Giannis and Embiid, he just had a better team. Which is one reason I hate MVP voting lol.

The nba was smart to allow EPO, TRT, and GH. Keep the legends playing at the highest possible level. The big three + hyperbaric oxygen = Lebron aging like a fine wine. At some point, you have to LOOK at what Lebron is actually doing at his age, for as long as he’s been doing it… the body can’t recover from that much wear and tear over that much time without a little help. Where people screw up is thinking this is the same as “juicing” in baseball, but I think we are JUST STARTING to understand the benefit of EPO. Lance was fucking on to something.
