Ingredients
----------------------------------
-1kg chicken legs (you can use whole chicken)
- Kashmiri chilli powder 1 TSP
- Cumin powder 1 TSP
- Pepper powder 1/2 TSP
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Mix it well marinate for 30 minutes
- Onion sliced 2 medium
- Carrots 1nos
- Capsicums yellow 1nos
- Capsicums red 1nos
- Hot chilli 1nos
- Ginger 2" 1nos
- Garlic cloves 3nos
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Chopped basil leaves
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ghee 1/4 cup (around 60gm)
- Cloves 8nos
- Bay leaves 3nos
- Cardamom 8nos
- Pepper corns 15nos
- Cinnamon sticks 2nos
- Cumin seeds 1 TSP
- Coriander powder 1 TSP
- Hot water 5 cups
- Salt to taste
- Basmati rice 3 cups (Soaked before 30 mins)
