    Hey Guys, If you’re considering buying a yacht and haven’t yet chartered one, I’m here to tell you to JUST DO IT. If you’re not considering buying a yacht but would prefer to rent or charter, well then this information will definitely help you too.
    But chartering a yacht is essentially sampling the lifestyle before you sign up for it. Before you put up the money, time, and commitment, a charter will help you validate that it’s for you; if your kids say they can’t wait to do it again, your friends don’t want to leave or you close that big deal, then you know there's plenty more experiences to be had on the near horizon.
    If you charter and your wife is seasick the whole time, you feel claustrophobic or you are just simply underwhelmed, well you do yourself a big service by diverting ownership together.
    But neither here nor there, what do you need to know before booking a charter.
    1) Where to look, which yacht at what budget: Head over to www.yachtcharterfleet.com to browse the yachts available in the location you want, within your budget with your required amenities.
    2) Crew - Any yachting industry pro will tell you that more important than the yacht is the crew onboard the yacht that will make the experience great. A cohesive unit with minimal turnover is sure to turn out a great guest experience. They’ll know how each other works, the location of everything, and the itinerary inside and out.
    3) Book Early - Booking early means you get crews while they’re fresh and you won’t get shut out. The more popular yachts fill up so get them booked up early before someone else does.
    4) High Season vs Low Season - There are busy times of the year to charter yachts in certain locations and slower times of the year;
    5) Appoint a Charter Broker - A charter broker will be sure to make sure you book the right charter, not the one that they have listed.
