Yoko has kept John in her mind and heart for all these years and encouraged us to do the same. That's a good and loyal woman, and it gives us just an inkling of why John loved her so. Anyone who didn't understand his choice at the time surely must understand it by now. Well done, Yoko.

Honestly the first time i listened to this version of imagine, i thought some negative things but as i listen to it again, months later, i’m actually crying. this is beautiful because you can hear the pain in her voice. John would have loved this

I was never a fan of Yoko as musician, but this is a beautiful version. I'm crying for the second time listening to this and feel transcendence and peacefulness. Don't forget Yoko took part in writing this and John credited her. I guess he could even call this the best version because transcendence and ultimate peace was what he was aiming for. You can't neglect it if you have a heart and love John's version. They make a beautiful unity. I also for the first time feel Yoko's pain. Maybe, her love for John was never perfect, yet whose love is perfect? I'm madly in love and I see myself making mistakes everyday. John and Yoko, I imagine, had so many great moments together. He continued writing her love songs even on his last album. Now...She's approaching the moment of reuniting him in death. It's impossible not to hear it in the song. Just let it in.
