🚨 PLEASE READ 🚨
I was corrected recently that Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate which is in the shampoo is not a sulfate. I totally forgot to update this so I apologize! Yes it is related to but it is not a sulfate. I should’ve done my research & I apologize! This was my honest opinion & I apologize to anyone who was misinformed regarding the shampoo ingredient. I appreciate you all watching as well as correcting me!! ❤️

I have the rizzos curls shampoo and not sure where the sulfate is or the type of sulfate
I’m glad I came across your review on the gel because I felt the same way about my hair, mostly when it’s already diffused, my curls feel dry and crunchy and then super frizzy on day 2. I too felt like I wanted to wash my hair right after styling. I’ve only used it twice.I didn’t want to say anything bad about the gel because I love love love the shampoo and conditioner. This video is confirmation that I will give away the gel because it did not work for me either.

This product worked great on my hair. I have more definition with Rios Curls line vs what I was using (shea moisture and eco gel). But I have virgin hair and rarely ever put heat on my curls.

I found that using super moisturizing creams and leave ins with a little of this gel with water on my hands helps the flash drying. I use it when i heat style to keep flyaways down.
I have the same problem with this gel my hair got so brittle with it

I just tried it for the first time today, I have thick dirty blonde, wavy curly hair. At first, it felt like my hair wasn’t even going to cast. It felt super soft while I was diffusing which seemed fine to me I love when it’s soft. Once it was dry I was loving the volume and definition, but after about an hour it started feeling super stiff and dry. Now it’s the end of the day about 12 hours later and I have giant tangles forming on the under side of my head. I’m bummed cuz I loved the results at first.

I love Rizos curls cream and conditioner too! But just like you, I was excited for the gel but wasn’t a fan. So far, my favorite gel is Goddess Curls or Blueberry Bliss Gel by Curls. It gives me and amazing hold through out the day without having some of the areas on my hair looking dry.

Looking for reviews because I just tried it and my hair started falling out 😢 so checking if anyone had the same problem!?? I tried shampoo and conditioner and curl defining cream .. Thinking maybe it was the shampoo … scared too try again but will give it one more try without shampoo because I was really rooting for the LATINA OWNED PRODUCT!🥺

I just returned this gel because I didn't like the result on my hair. It was more on the stringy side and had quite a lot of frizz. Usually I like aloe vera and flaxseed in my stylers, but for some reason didn't workout for me. Definitely wasn't worth the money for me 😞
Yes same 😩 some people like it but unfortunately it wasn’t working for my hair, I use soooo many gels & got so much better results
I’m glad I’m not the only one. I really wanted this product to work for me but it unfortunately didn’t. It pretty much turned out how yours did and I’ve tried to mix it with other products and nothing :(

Yes everyone has their own personal preferences! They aren’t a bad brand at all. Also Lol I so feel you I’ve been a bit tempted to color my hair a bit darker because it’s a very big commitment being blonde 😩 thank you for your support love! ❤️ I got it from Amazon!
I actually tried rizos curls as well and unfortunately it did not work for me as well.
I tried the cream, really thought it was going to soften my curls. Dried it out! Bummed!!

This gel also dried my hair even with a cream and leave in underneath. Can't use this again.
Maybe works best when you cocktail with their curly cream??? But thanks for this info 🌹

It's a very different ingredient. It is a salt-based surfactant we use to help cleanse in our Hydrating Shampoo. It helps remove debris & pollutants from the scalp and hair and increase foaming. The same happened to me!! :( I was so scared it only happened to me 'cause I see so much hype and love to this brand on IG so I thought I'd give them a try! My hair is SO dry and frizzy sinceI've been using these products! Literally, pharmacy products have worked 100x better than these products!

Same thing happened to my hair as well. I used the entire line and still felt like my hair felt like straw!
OMG LOL oh nooo. I get this type of results if I only use "moisturising" products. Idk if one of them had protein? I know, if my gel does not have protein my hair would look bad idk why. I stick to protein.
Omg I just tried this gel not even a week ago and this same thing happened to me. My hair was so hard. I was concerned about the health of my hair after using this. Never ever again. Trash!
I knew it! I swear my hair felt so brittle afterwards! It definitely hurt my curls. My hair was feeling the worst it’s ever been after using it!

The sounds my hair was making when I touched it almost made me cry. I’ve worked hard to get my curls healthy and it took two seconds to feel like cement with this product. Luckily it washed out okay 🙌🏽
@@curly.glorii just because your hair feels dry doesn't mean that there's so something wrong with the formula. Maybe it just doesn't pair with the product you used. Or products.
Sounds like it didn't mix well with your base. Next time maybe try the product alone... many influencers do that just to see what the product does on it's own.
I love watching reviews on new products but I don't like the fact that you said that you don't recommend it... It's your opinion and because it did not work for your hair does not mean it won't work for others.

Well everyone has their own personal opinions! I’m 100% honest on my channel. This was my opinion & i’m not the only one who’s having issues with the gel. I use many gels in my routine & this one just wasn’t it for me. There are people who like it If you love it & it works for you do you!

I HAD SUCH a bad experience with this brand. I tried the mask for my curly hair and my hair started to completely come out in clumps?. i was very disappointed 🧍🏽♀️
