Came to see if anyone else has to modify on some of the ab workouts? I had to do the shoulder taps on my knees, the slow lower with bent legs, the hip dips stacked on my knees instead of toes, etc. I’ve been working out consistently for over a year but man the abs are still hard for me 🔥 Day 4 is done!! Great job to everyone 🎉
I have been doing it way longer - and some moves are still tough. It depends on the day whether I manage to do side bridges without modifying (same with e.g. push ups and mountain climbers)
Love this! Mobility is often overlooked because it doesn't necessary burn as many calories, but it is just as important. I have incorporated my stretching into my workouts, especially having to sit all day.
Just started this 4.0 series, I've always incorporated mobility into my workouts but I've never incorporated abs plus mobility combo. It was the best workout of the week 1. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. Heather You perform these mobility exercises like a ballerina, so elegant and poised movements ❤
I had to divide the session in 2 parts. This morning, I did the mobilty section followed by the cool down. Dimmed lights, gray and snowy morning, it was so relaxing. The music was beautiful. Thx Heather for this peaceful moment. It was exactely what I needed while I'm grieving my mother who passed away yesterday. 🖤

This was great today as I’m sore everywhere! The mobility part was awesome. I’m prone sometimes to tight hip flexors. This loosened me up!! 😅 Thanks Heather. Oh. What a fabulous session. We all need good mobility and an extra long stretching part of the workout is so helpful. Please do more paired with core as core weakness is something we all need to avoid.

Heather, your new program turned out fantastic! Real-time training is very important to me. I'm glad you finally have it. Quality, relaxed program. It gives a sense of success. There is plenty of rest time, and cortisol is fine. In the case of perimenopause, training that causes great stress must be avoided. This is the best program on CZcams right now. If you stay on this path (real time, cortisol friendly workouts) every woman will love you even more. Thank You!❤❤❤
I skipped Day 4 this week as I was really jonesing for some cardio, but saved it to come back to, ideally on Saturday. I am SO happy I followed through on that! My hips have been tight/in pain (and lower back/pelvic region) since I got into my 40s. They feel so much better after doing this! I will definitely be coming back to the hip mobility and cool down. Thanks for motivating me to do something good for myself today! :)

This mobility session felt amazing so far in this sequence. After the first 3 workouts I was definitely feeling sore and tight. This was much needed to feel re- energized and the playlist was perfect. It felt intentional to move like this

Greetings from west of Ireland 💚 First of all, I had no intention of doing another program, but here I am 😊 ... I've done all the Programs so far and after each one, I say 'that was my favourite", but I am genuinely LOVING this one so far, I do walks every day with the dog so that takes care of my aerobic side of things. I'm 52 now, so strength exercises important at this stage of my life. I absolutely LOVED the Hip mobility exercises today and I didn't realise it, but my hips really needed them (especially on left side), still tingling! Thank you wonderful Heather as always, outside of your Programs, I do on average 3 to 4 of your workouts every week 💪 I feel great physically, but it's as much my mental health. So so lucky to come across you when I did on you tube 🙏😘

So it’s my first time doing a 12 week challenge with HRH after being an avid fan for about a year! Finally plucked up courage haha! I’ve started a few days behind everyone as I’d rather have rest days on days in the office and weekends are easier to workout on. Loving it so far. I ache so much! I always want to do more mobility/yoga and your segment in this was LUSH! Although wobbled a lot during the figure 4! The abs ache but hoping I’m on the way to finding them as they’ve been missing for a minute (or 20 odd years haha! Thank you for what you do! 💕💫

Heather I love this mobility session. I always incorporate mobility & stretching before & after working out. It makes such a difference on the body & prevents injuries. Love this hip mobility because if they are tight eventually it will cause other areas like lower back tightness. Would love to see more of this. Great way to end the week. Sometimes my lower back gives me issues. I feel it all along the right side of my body and it results in lack of mobility on the right side and extreme tightness. These mobility workouts help me! Thank you for including them! I find that the more weight work I do, the more I need to build in flexibility! You're a gift!

So it’s my first time doing a 12 week challenge with HRH after being an avid fan for about a year! Finally plucked up courage haha! I’ve started a few days behind everyone as I’d rather have rest days on days in the office and weekends are easier to workout on. Loving it so far. I ache so much!
I always want to do more mobility/yoga and your segment in this was LUSH! Although wobbled a lot during the figure 4! The abs ache but hoping I’m on the way to finding them as they’ve been missing for a minute (or 20 odd years haha!

Loved the mobility session. I was going to take a rest day, but saw there was a mobility sessions which gave me motivation to show up. Definitely feeling tight and this was needed

Heather I love this mobility session. I always incorporate mobility & stretching before & after working out. It makes such a difference on the body & prevents injuries. Love this hip mobility because if they are tight eventually it will cause other areas like lower back tightness. Would love to see more of this. Great way to end the week.

Sometimes my lower back gives me issues. I feel it all along the right side of my body and it results in lack of mobility on the right side and extreme tightness. These mobility workouts help me! Thank you for including them! I find that the more weight work I do, the more I need to build in flexibility! You're a gift!
Thank u Heather for this workout. I suffer from QL tightness on right side and am working g on hip mobility. I use the 90/90 switch regularly. Loved the core exercises too. Really enjoying this new series!thanks for what you provide !
