This can happen with live weather, it can sync you to different weather stations in the similar area rather than the same one sometimes... common issue.

Flightsim is a great place to work out how, and there are many guides and programs that help teach you :)

Absolutely stunning scenery and an amazing flight! That plane is an absolute beast and certainly had the right livery for sure. It was so great to have you flying with someone, to see another aircraft off your wing. For me that was always the joy of flying, sharing it with friends. It's really obvious that you know your stuff, always enjoy when I learn something from these videos.
The weather mismatch with Jeff was hilarious; I've been in that situation where live weather loads for one player but not the other and it makes for a lot of confusion lol

Yeah likely our sims latched onto different weather stations... its why its a bit derp in 'real weather' in multiplayer.

yeah the sim often syncs pilots to different weather stations when from different countries.

I honestly never had an association with their group, was just a member of the community, RP'd with them a couple of times, was literally not connected to them at all... Only really got to know Jeff AFTER both of us left DOJ.

Have you tried the Savage Carbon? Freeware by the same group, smaller tires and looks a little better to me. My bush plane of choice.

I mean this is bush plane, it doesn't need more than an Ipad or a suction cup mounted gps for nav, its basics and rough and simple, i like it :)

Great flights guys....great video... AV ! I seem to remember you doing a video on Paun in Alaska that was free scenery ( I bought Kavik camp) as per your video brilliant.... I had Paun for months but changed to a new Pc and could not get the Free Flying Wild Alaska Unilkleet to work... No problem, bought the new Paun scenery download from MFS STORE £12 PLUS.....Only to find its by the same developer, BUT .......very poor props in the bought scenery...one plane and no vehicles.... I think the free one had an attempt at visiting aircraft popping up like flowers...that I have not seen any vehicles yet..>>> Not worth that amount of money I THINK... Might be worth you doing a item on it.
I'll take a look, i think flightsim.to has a PAUN free one that is the one I have.
Rachel...It seems sad to me that MFS2020 market are selling products such as Paun and the Beechcraft 99 that are not100% complete...Both are very good products but its as if the developer has just given up without upgrading it for payware market.. Does MFS 2020 not quality control OR set standards? A couple of vehicles or visiting plane in the Paun scerery would bring it to life or a correct take off speed and opening animation door on the beechcraft 99 is not asking much is it?
@@alwatt9367 I don't think MS really sets many standards for the aftermarket community as far as I know, I think traditionally they've treated their Flight simulators similar to their Operating systems and thought of them as platforms for others to develop and market for. Once the developers kits takes route there's just far too many people making payware / freeware to try and regulate it and rely the the community to do so. That's why product reviews are so important to the player base. You really can have scenarios where a freeware passion project can be a much better product than a payware option.
One of the untapped areas that I think Asobo / MS could leverage would be to create a console friendly scenery editor mode similar to Halo Forge or Gary's Mod where players with just a gamepad could easily start placing objects and creating content.
@@DEFkon001 Thank you Jeff for taking the time to reply... I take your point. I contacted both developers, .... Kavak scenery and Beechcraft..99 Both were delighted I made contact with them...Kavak has infact according to the designer static bears,deer, and a fox in the graphics...I have never seen these and I have searched...He promised to show me once he is back from holiday.....Beechcraft 99 are working on fixes at the moment and they are in contact with me. So it kind of backs up what you are saying. thanks al
Whenever I buy the farm in the sim,I've found that if I select slew mode but DON'T SLEW just deselect it I'm the right way up and ready to go....................................

Having watched some off Jeff's video before the weather really, really is out of sync. He had grey sky's and low visibility. You have clear sky's on take off.
Different weather stations we latched onto most likely... UK and US connections
