Love these guys, .. So great to hear really good players, good singing and good songs.. Triple threat as the Hawk would say..
That is an incredible sound!
Is it only me who's hearing a few nice influences from Free and Bad Company here? I never much cared for country until hearing the Bros Landreth!
I wouldn't exactly call this country. It's more blues rock. I'd put it in the same category as Tedeschi Trucks Band or Little Feat.
As a huge Free fan back when I was a yoof, no you are definitely not on your own in that observation, Joey's vocal tone is very similar to Paul Rogers, close your eyes and it could almost be him, there is some similarity in the grooves as well particularly in the drumming department....Free crossed with Little Feat and a little bit of Steely Dan chucked in as well....seriously, what on Earth is there not to like?
I get a little Eagles in there too.
Love that Sugah Daddy lick at 4:49. Don't think I've heard D'Angelo in a country/blues jam before.
it's feel like makin love ;)
Very impressive blues and country fusion.....
Ariel rocking the Rooftop Paul McCartney look here
That chain is the bomb! Gibson es330, Fender twin?, wonder what pedals? I just keep coming back to hear that sound (Ariel in particular).
Beaut harmonies, and guitar riffs. Thanks for making great music. New fan right here!
That's Lowell George influence for sure Love what he's doing !!!
Love this band!
wow!i like! And your slide playing is so soulfool!
Wow. Very clean sound.
Beautiful
I don't know if it's because it's a Sofar show, but this crowd is so unenthusiastic about some amazing music and musicians...it's kind of mind-blowing. Like the one guy who looks like it took some real effort to just slap his 2 hands together like dead fish.
I think they are just listening.
Mercy !!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds great!
DYING hear! Just watched Bros Landreth ft. with Begonia LIVE inn Winterpeg
New Year 2017 BEST STELLAR Discovery!!!
I always hear "serenade of a mate of mine".
Spanky!
Just great. I think Lowell George is smiling down on Joey.
Well put
Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young lived in your house? wow, is the same
The version of "Made Up Mind" from Audio Tree Live is a great cut. I really like it. Every artist does this. There are little differences every time you play a song and some times you hit all the right notes the right way. This song will always be good when they play it but I can't imagine a better cut than this (czcams.com/video/FvU1XVFNv-Y/video.html).
A great sound reminds me very much of Joe Bonamassa songs
So much better than JB. Joey can sing too.
What happened to the other drummer?
I know!? Ryan had such a different sound and pocket, sure miss him...
+Ryan Eagon
You're absolutely right Ryan. I loved Ryans tick/tick playing. A friend of mine caught them in Glasgow at the start of their European tour, Ariel wasn't with the band either, he did go on to say they pulled off a faultless set however.
Misses the pep of Rhino on the drums. Still an awesome song though.
Why changed the drummer!
The audience is impersonating an oil painting.
