As a Noob, I'm absorbing as much info as possible (about coffee).
Along w/"honey" process, I've read about "diamond" process, and along the way, mixed them together. Thanks for clearing that up.
Except for a few producers, I am cautious of greens that are ASD, Limited O2, Carb Max, as they can be unpredictable. So many processes🤦🏻♂️ affect flavor. 😂. And the shared experiences can vary widely. I'm totally Mind-blown from the overwhelming info. Good luck to you, on your journey in coffee. 😂.

If I remember correctly, Mill City Roasters were doing a roast along w/Las Lajas Black Diamond.
