Interesting. I felt it was easier to learn the game as a co-op. We had the extra events and harder forces, but we could freely discuss what each challenge presented. Our next game is going to be the competitive one. We have a much better idea what we are doing going into it. So it works both ways I guess.
I have loved every minute of these game. It’s great to hear others having great experiences.
Been looking forward to this game since it was Kickstarted a few years back and the wait was really worth it. Especially once the expansions start coming in and people can really start doing some unique engines, it really just becomes engrossing. Can't wait to mess around with Black Powder expansion next time I play.
I've played it at 3 and 4 and really like it -- but I haven't played it at 2. I'm glad you like it. Sounds like the Reed Clan gives players a little more agency.
I consider those actions “bid placement” not worker placement, since placing the worker is a declaration of an investment, not a declaration of action

Too bad the availability is almost non existent. Idk why AR doesnt bring all this content to retail. Theres obviously demand for it.
probably because they can't achieve economy of scale that would let them avoid taking a loss, especially now in a world where internation shipping and cost of goods have gone through the roof, would be my guess
I hope they do another campaign for this one. I missed it and really wish I could get it. No way I'm paying the inflated prices on Ebay.
