1 head of cauliflower cut into large florets
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp annatto powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup eggless mayo
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp saricha sauce
1/2 tsp light soy sauce

Just tried it. My dad is vegetarian and when he heard it was baked and not fried, he couldn't stop himself. It was a huge hit. Excellent advice baking on the rack....it really was crispy all around 👌
