I think Partner is such a positive name. It means that you are equals and pulling for the same thing together. I think it applies to life as well as business.

My man and I have been together for 20 years and aren’t married. We do “my better half” or “my man/my lady.” Most people who know us refers to us as husband/wife.
You can introduce him as my man or my guy and he can introduce you as his girl or his lady. 😊
I like consort but you could take a page from Travis and use “lady”.

Every term I’ve heard will have a negative pushback. I don’t live in “polite society” so I can’t care about those social situations, but I have to go with “person”. Or lobster. Okay, I digress. And I’ve been married for 27 years (10 years unhappily) so I only know “husband” but if I were to ever have a new relationship (what even does that word imply while questioning shit?) I would say “Hi Erin, this is Steve; Steve, this is Erin.”
Of course using the proper etiquette of who gets introduced first…. based of the aforementioned arbitrary etiquette rules that mean nothing other than a way to separate the special people from the lowlier people. Cuz we gotta have clear definitions of one’s station so we know how to behave/treat people; which dictates how a proper introduction is to be conducted. Tell me I’m wrong.
I digressed again, so let me clarify that my tangent is regarding etiquette rules, not common courtesy and respect/regard for fellow humans. If we need rules for that, then I’m out.

Hi! I trust you know Travis better than Travis reddit snarks posters. a lot was said about him there with evidence mind you. I hope he did really some growing up. He seemed fun and good hearted with some really immature behaviour in the past and the constant liking of IG models posts in the past too. That kind of behaviour is a gateway to ruining a relationship/trust. I hope this era of him is over. Just a bit concerning.
