@billy watkins I didn’t nobody did. 20 years of indoctrination fear mongering, hate and hopelessness that would make hitler blush has left the people in a state where they believe they have no rights. I’m in Washington state right now with a ton of “how to.... pretty much all things combat or revolutionary” I’m an encyclopedia of weapons tactics and engineering ive literally made guns out of broken tools nuts and bolts with no machine shop at all. I’m currently trying to raise an army because it’s too late not to.(no I’m not kidding) look up my photo online. You’ll understand what I mean when I say I have the expertise to outfit and lead teams etc even if all I have is some kitchen chemicals or a mop handle and a screw. I’m just not a politician I can show that I’m worthy of following into battle but I have no idea how to lead an army and I’ll admit that flat out. I am out of my depth I’m just trying to do the best I can, and that’s not shabby but I’m literally trying to do everything myself with no resources no people and thinning personal supplies due to combined theft, bankruptcies, and use. Most of my ppe and weapons I made myself because I have the expertise and could literally make it viably from scrap. Anybody who has that patch is pretty much a shoe in for darpa or the criminals international of America. I have knowledge, expertise, and am as self reliant as a human can possibly and effectively be and recently came across blueprints for mass producing a certain Israeli 3 letter toy that will give any rag tag civilian group either acceptably even keel or exceptionally shot in and about their own feet. I lack 3 major things and they are the 3 things required to be more effective than a suicide. That’s logistics. Personnel and support. What I do have “Liam neeson quote” and the ability to teach others to do what I do. It doesn’t matter how much money you got if you’re $750,000 armored personnel carrier can get taken out by a $100 bomb if the guy placing it has bigger balls than you have situational awareness. Lol. Anyway I’m inviting any people who still believe in the bill of rights to lend a hand. My internet is essentially shut down most of the time so it’s hard to respond but I’m in Washington state I have skills to the 9’s and blueprints, and plain ol knowledge on how to make bullet components, grenades (both lobbed and thumped)

When she asked why no one was worried about anything being broken into or stolen, she was told, “here in Montana if we catch someone we get to shoot them”.

By CONTRACT and CONSENT, which blocks the right because that right doesn't move across jurisdictional subject matter lines. The Second Amendment protects a pre-existing COMMON LAW right. COMMERCIAL guns, made and sold in the stream of commerce (intra or inter-state) are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the commercial law: Admiralty/Maritime and UCC, NOT the common law. Therefore there is NO common law right, merely licensed, regulated and controlled privileges in Admiralty/Maritime.
Contract Law is extra-constitutional, see Article 1, Section 10 US Const.: "No state shall...make any law impairing the obligations of contracts" Also Article 1, Section 8 (Commerce Clause) and Article 3, Section 2: that grants Congress and the Feds plenary power over the jurisdiction of law that has always, since antiquity, ruled over Commerce: Admiralty/Maritime. There are NO common law rights in admiralty jurisdiction, just as there are NO common law rights under Martial/Military law jurisdiction either. Try telling a drill sergeant to go to the JAG for a 4th Amendment search warrant when the sergeant order's you to open your footlocker for inspection. Its the SAME thing under the commercial law Admiralty/maritime jurisdiction.
14th Amendment federal subjects of congress have pretty much contracted and consented away access to their common law rights by the free will choices they have made to pretty much do everything within the commercial civil law: Admiralty/Maritime and UCC, having abandoned the Common Law, the jurisdiction where their inalienable rights reside.
"The term resident & citizen of the United States is distinguished from a Citizen of one of the several states, in that the former is a special class of citizen created by congress...an individual can be a Citizen of one of the several states without being a citizen of the United States " - US v Anthony 24 Fed. 829
“A citizen of the United States is a citizen of the federal government..” - Kitchens v. Steele 112 F.Supp. 383
“Both before and after the 14th Amendment to the federal constitution, it has not been necessary for a person to be a citizen of the United States in order to be a citizen of his state” - US v. Cruikshank
“This power [Congress’ power over Commerce] is as extensive upon land as upon water. The Constitution makes no distinction in that respect. And if the admiralty jurisdiction, in matters of contract and tort which the courts of the United States may lawfully exercise on the high seas, can be extended to the lakes under the power to regulate commerce, it can with the same propriety and upon the same construction be extended to contracts and torts on land when the commerce is between different states. And it may embrace also the vehicles and persons engaged in carrying it on. It would be in the power of Congress to confer admiralty jurisdiction upon its courts, over the cars engaged in transporting passengers or merchandise from one state to another, and over the persons engaged in conducting them, and deny to the parties the trial by jury. Now the judicial power in cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction has never been supposed to extend to contracts made on land and to be executed on land. But if the power of regulating commerce can be made the foundation of jurisdiction in its courts, and a new and extended admiralty jurisdiction beyond its heretofore known and admitted limits may be created on water under that authority, the same reason would justify the same exercise of power on land… Courts of admiralty have been found necessary in all commercial countries, not only for the safety and convenience of commerce and the speedy decision of controversies, where delay would often be ruin, but also to administer the laws of nations in a season of war and to determine the validity of captures and questions of prize or no prize in a judicial proceeding.”
      Chief Justice Taney, The Propeller Genesee Chief v. Fitzhue, 53 U.S. 12 How. 443 443 (1851)
Question: Is traffic court, divorce court, tax court, bankruptcy court, etc. common law courts with a jury or is it an Administrative Summary Process w/o a jury in Civil Law admiralty due to: the civil status of the person (social security number (contract) & birth certificate (contract), 14th Amendment federal citizenship (contract), the driver’s license (contract), marriage license (contract), business, occupational, professional license (contracts) & the insurance policy (contract), etc., etc., etc.?
“But there is no middle ground on which to place such jurisdiction; when we once break over the line which restrained it by acts of parliament and prohibitions, we are necessarily thrown back on the civil law and the royal prerogative, for the rules and principles on which the right of trial by jury depends. It is in vain to contend that the seventh amendment will be any efficient guarantee for this right, in suits at common law, if an admiralty jurisdiction exists in the United States, commensurate with what is claimed by the claimant in this case. Its assertion is, in my opinion, a renewal of the contest between legislative power and royal prerogative, the common and the civil law, striving for mastery; the one to secure, the other to take away the trial by jury; and until the authoritative judgment of a higher court shall make it my duty to surrender my judgment to their decree, it will never be sanctioned by me.”
Judge Baldwin in the case, Bains v. The Schooner James & Catherine, 2 Fed Cas. 27, case #756 (1832)
"I concur with my brethren in sustaining the decree below, but cannot consent to place my decision upon the ground on which they have placed theirs. I think it high time to check this silent and stealing progress of the admiralty in acquiring jurisdiction to which it has no pretensions. Unfounded doctrines ought at once to be met and put down, and dicta, as well as decisions that cannot bear examination ought not to be evaded and permitted to remain on the books to be commented upon and acquiesced in by courts of justice, or to be read and respected by those whose opinions are to be formed upon books. It affords facilities for giving an undue bias to public opinion, and, I will add, of interpolating doctrines which belong not to the [common] law". SCOTUS Assoc. Justice Johnson, Ramsay v. Allegree, 25 U.S. 611 (1827)
United States supreme Court, Justice William O'Douglas, writing the dissenting opinion in Laird v. Tatum, 408 U.S. At 28,29 (1972): “The America once extolled as the voice of liberty heard around the world no longer is cast in the image which Jefferson and Madison designed, but more in the Russian image.”
United States supreme Court, Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973): “In this country, the law in effect in all but a few States until mid-19th century was the pre-existing English common law...It was not until after the War Between the States that legislation (civil law) began generally to replace the common law.”
United States supreme Court, United States v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542 (1875): “The citizen cannot complain, because he has voluntarily submitted himself to such a form of government...he owes allegiance to the two departments, so to speak, and within their respective spheres must pay the penalties.”
14th Amendment US subject citizens have done this to themselves out of their ignorance of how their State and Federal Constitutions operate and how various forms/jurisdiction of law operate. The US Constitution recognized that the Colonial British settlers brought 3 distinct forms of law with them to America: Common Law, Admiralty/Maritime and Equity, and these 3 were recognized in the US Constitution at Article 3, Section 2. But if I asked the typical US citizen what 3 forms of law make up American law to this day, how many could answer? And how many would know what those 3 forms have jurisdiction over and how do those forms of law get jurisdiction over the individual?
The ignorant are easily manipulated and controlled by their elected masters: law makers and rulers.
Before the Declaration of Independence America was already a pure republic composed of free men: “The ordinary citizen [a mere inhabitant, not a corporate member], living on his farm, owned in fee simple [allodial free hold], untroubled by any relics of feudalism, untaxed save by himself, saying his say to all the world in town meetings, had gained a new self-reliance. Wrestling with his soul and plow on week days, and the innumerable points of the minister’s sermon on Sundays and meeting days, he was becoming a tough nut for any imperial system to crack.” - The March of Democracy: History of the United States, volume 1., The Rise of the Union; James Truslow Adams, p. 44 (1932).
That "nut" was cracked with Reconstruction and the 14th Amendment and all subsequent Amendments and Acts of Congress since 1868, so that today the vast majority of Americans are no longer Common Law Allodial Free Men, but voluntary bond servants, human resources (seamen) in Admiralty/Maritime and UCC, who don't have access to their Common Law rights, but mere government granted, regulated and controlled imitation privileges and franchises.

Gator Henry yeah liberal logic. Let’s save lives by taking them lol. Fucking will goe to show it has nothing to do with keeping people safe. If that doesn’t wake the anti gunners who are trying to give our only line of protection from these psychopaths I don’t know what will.

We here in TN have tried this before, we need to push back! And dissolve the gun control act of 1986 in free states! But I am sure the feds will try to test it

It would be ideal that ALL the states joined. But unfortunately, there are several of them that are pushing for anti-gun laws. The liberal states will want anti-gun legislation. So there is no point in trying to get them to join. They won't.

My friend is a NM State Representative(R), and he's been trying to find a way to fight our governor. I'm going to forward this video to him. They are in session now.
