1) Thank you for the shoutout, my friend. 2) I love that you're building a Madden collection like I am with an NHL collection. That fills me with happiness. 3) Eddie George was beast mode. Always traded him to my Pats in Madden. :) 4) Awesome pickups!
Dude I love old sports games. That's dope your building that NHL collection and the shout-out was just pure facts. I think sometimes within the gaming community there can be pressure to just buy everything in sight. Good to have that perspective to buy smart and buy what makes the individual happy.
Sweet pickups Lame Dad, especially that long box Resident Evil! Always good to try and haggle with retro game shops,. especially when you build up that relationship. Warzone and Attitude was a decent effort, I still remember going back to the CAW section just to listen to the wrestler's themes more so than actually play the games.
How the hell did I miss a pickup video?! 😂 Sweet grab with Windwaker. I really dig that you got the Strategy guide! Looks like there may be a homebrew being fed to the saw soon. 🤣 I mean…what man doesn’t like him some Hooters?..well this is 2023 so I guess the comment doesn’t hold as much weight as it used to. 🤷🏼♂️ Nice grail score with the long box RE. Old sports games get hated on alot but let’s be real, we all loved them back in the day. When Eddie George met Ray Lewis back in 2000 a couple times he folded like a piece of laundry. Never was the same again.😂
Literally LOL at your hooters comment and the ray Lewis one. Man those were epic football games. Back when foozball was legit. Thanks for watching dude I really appreciate it. All is good over here brother had to get away for a while. All the politics and garbage is not what I signed up here for lol.
Nice pickups! I totally understand wanting to pick up games that make you happy! Everyone who asks me what is my favorite NES game, I immediately reply Baseball Stars, and they have a hard time believing me, lol! But for me, it was the game I rented the most as a kid, and I used to visit my cousin every weekend, and we would organize tournaments all the time! When I started collecting again for the 3rd time (I sold my collection twice before), it was one of the few carts that I bought almost immediately! I don't understand why people need to justify why they collect certain types of games! Like you said, collect what makes you happy! Great video and keep up the good work!
I think within the gaming community there can be some pressure to just fill shelves and I know I've made that mistake plenty of times. I really had to learn to walk into a game store and be happy walking out empty handed. But it's made my collecting that much more fun. Thanks Dan the man I always appreciate a watch and comment from you.
That new Zelda homebrew sounds badass! Those are some fantastic pickups! WWF In Your House gets way too much crap. It's not as good as Wrestlemania The Arcade Game but that roster is outstanding.
The Zelda game is a really cool idea it just falls flat. The graphic palette and coloring is so dark it's hard to see much and then the camera angles make it almost impossible to play. Thank ls for watching brother
Definitely some nice pickups there, especially the RE long box, but the rest are cool too. The Zelda OOT homebrew sounds a bit annoying, especially to someone like me that good at failing at stealth missions/games, but it is kind of interesting that people take the time to make stuff like that. I think you are right on the money about mostly picking up retro games that either you already have some good memories of or ones that you wanted but never were able to get. Games that have special meaning for you feel nicer sitting in your collection than some games you might have bought in recent years just because. Games don't even have to be that good, but if they spark good memories, than sometimes that doesn't matter as much. It wasn't great by any means, but I certainly had some fun with stuff like playing some Royal Rumble mode in Attitude. And like old-school sports titles: sure there are new and technically better games, but you can have a heck of a lot of fun with some retro sports games, especially if have some good memories from back then to go with them. Lots of hours of Madden '93 and '96 on the Genesis, NFL Quarterback Club '98 and Madden 64 and '01 on the N64, the 2k games on DC and Xbox, Double Dribble, 2020 Super Baseball, etc, etc...good times. Meaningful collecting is the best collecting.
Great pick ups, hooters the game, I must have it. To evilbay immediately 🤣. Totally agree with your comments regarding collecting... that's why I neeeeed hooters 😋. Really enjoyed rage, great shooter. Great pick ups mate.
I literally lol at your hooter comment. Yea there can be a pressure to buy everything in sight but it's good to have the perspective to do what makes the person happy vs social media
Some nice grabs I didn't understand the hate for Celda at the time and glad it is getting more appreciation these days. The strike series is one of my favorites. I played Desert Strike a ton and Jungle Strike. I need to sit down with urban and Soviet. A sequel or collection would be awesome.
Big/Long box resi is really cool man 👍 At least the cart for that zelda game looks very nice 😁 Never heard of that hancock game lol Still need to grab sonic at some point, heard its a mixed bag 🙂 Nice stuff man, hope you're well mate 👌
Thanks for watching my guy. The long box was a great find. There are a ton of legit home brew Zelda games using the OOT engine this just isn't one of them lol
Some great pick ups and epic ones to fill the collection. I also hope they remake Code Veronica even though I haven’t played the 4th remake yet. I just barely bought and beaten Village. Sonic is pretty fun, I picked it up for the Switch and was pretty surprised that they pulled off a decent 3d Sonic for once.👾
Definitely give it a replay if you can when you get a PS5 as there is 0 loading time and it plays awesome. Could also be a good chance to check out the third person camera view

Dude I did the same thing in CAW. Definitely not great games but they were still entertaining. Thanks for watching brother

Flashbacks to the Heaaaps friday filth fests with Crash N Sane Trilogy. 😂
Our boy heaaaps is what really helped reignite my love for the crash series. A franchise that definitely needs more love

The strike series is so much fun. Jungle strike is probably my favorite
@@LameDadRetroGamer Infinite ammo with the stealth ftw.
A lot of sexy PlayStation, I approve 😉 Hell yeah, Code Veronica, get it done Capcom. Hooters Road Trip was the pick if the bunch though 😂
Hooters is definitely the real winner here lol
Great gets m8, yes re4 remake is amazing
Love RE4 R. It will make going back to the original difficult

@@LameDadRetroGamer heck yes 👍👾
Left you a very long comment and it’s magically gone. Frustrating but it had a lot to do with Hooters. Lol maybe it will reappear in a few months.
Gotta love hooters
Love the idea of collecting games that means something to you I haven’t done this on my channel but I definitely will
Love the channel man we been subbed for some time now.
do you happen to have a rare game called PHANTOM CRASH ?
