2. **Extrinsic Motivation**:
- This motivation depends on external factors. When someone does something to get rewards or avoid punishments. For example, a person may do some work to get money or praise.
Key reasons for motivation include:
- **Goals and principles**: Setting a certain goal makes a person interested in achieving it.
- **Desire to win**: Knowing that there are benefits or rewards waiting for you makes you work harder to achieve them.
- **Fear of failure**: The fear that things will go wrong or that you will miss out on something can make you overwork.
- **Love what you do**: When you love what you do, it can be a powerful motivation that leads you to progress.
Motivation is important in life because it enables a person to achieve their goals, live a meaningful life and progress in different ways.

This is for me! I keep telling myself... I MUST get to a place where I don't need any outside coaches, mentors, leaders to "motivate" me to do what I already know what I need to do. Coaches and leaders are necessary not mandatory. I put too much emphasis on relying on others instead of being #DISCIPLINE. 💯💯💯
