i applied to do amazon influencer and was immediately approved. I just posted my third video but I don't see anything about them needing to approve my content. Does this mean they already approved me for commissions? I can see where people have clicked on my links but I don't see purchases yet, so not sure
I just got approved today, Thursday and submitted Monday. So, 3 days for Onsite Commissions on my first attempt. I used my Pixel phone and natural sunlight coming into the room with a simple background. I did add those videos onto my youtube account and linked my amazon store as well as my affiliate link to the products in the description. Each video was 1:40-1:55 minutes long. I shot some nice, panning B roll and even did a time lapse. Probably more than what was needed but I wanted it to get approved. I even took your advice to be more active on CZcams, by commenting on channels that I get value from. I also worked on my store by making lists and ideas. I hope that helps!
i just watched your videos on your storefront. i love how you're doing the felt books. did you edit and upload from your phone or from a laptop? i was thinking of recording, editing and emailing the final video to my laptop then uploading it from there. Best of luck with your content!!
@@alainaroberts6689 I took all the photos and video on my phone then downloaded from Google photos then uploaded into Canva pro. I edited everything in Canva.

My first 3 videos were rejected for onsite commission but I cannot find where they say the reason is for these rejections? Would you know where this is located? I went to "manage video" and not there. I hear people say it is next to the video but I don't see this. Thanks
This was the only message I got from Amazon, but no exact reason: "Your videos were not approved to be featured on our product pages. Please try again.
After review, we have determined your videos don't meet our video quality requirements. These requirements must be met to be shown on placements outside your storefront, such as a product's details page. To be reconsidered for additional placements outside of your storefront, please delete all your existing videos and upload at least 3 new videos that meet our best practices. Please note that we limit the number of cumulative reviews to 3 per influencer."

You’re welcome! Are you referring to your storefront or Amazon in general? The ones you post will show up on your storefront where as the others will show up on product pages in the review section. Other ways of seeing Amazon review videos is by going to other Amazon Influencer’s storefront pages. Another place where you’ll find video content is Amazon Inspire but those are more so like short form videos

Thanks so much for sharing! How do I know if my videos have been approved or rejected for the onsite program? I have 3 published videos in my influencer storefront but it doesn’t indicate anywhere that they’re under review or approved or rejected for onsite.

What if I already tried posting three times and it got denied? Do I have to create a new Amazon store to resubmit?
Amazon only gives you three tries to unlock onsite commissions so trying to open a new storefront from a different email might be the only way

Quick question. I got approved (I think). It says 3 out of 3 videos, but there is still a lock button near the approval, but all three videos are published. Then when I try to click Earned OnSite Commissions, it's still not available to me. Is this normal?
You will need to wait a bit longer until the blue lock is unlocked! Don’t fret, Amazon can take its time lol

I have one last shot at onsite commission. Any tips on quality. I have used voice over, tripod, great lighting, 16:9 ratio , 30 and 60 FPS 1080 and also changed to 4k and still denied for quality. Any tips 😢
It may have to do with what is in the video itself rather than the quality. Make sure no boxes are in frame, no addresses or Amazon packaging is in frame, don’t use words like faux or dupe etc Amazon has a whole list of dos and donts! You got this!

When you upload a video, it’ll give you an option to tag the product/s in your video. No need to tag in the description or title!
I uploaded 3 videos yesterday and they're marked as published. But... the little "lock" icon is still on the top of the page on my "creator hub/influencer" page. Do we submit the videos in a different place than the videos we publish to our shop? Or... do I just need to wait a bit and be patient?
It should tell you in the creator hub which review the videos are under. It usually says it takes 2 business days to review but it’s definitely more like a week or more lol
Thanks for the video, super helpful! I am having the same issue on this thread. I uploaded my (3) video's about 3 weeks ago. In my creator hub, the video status is "Published" but on the top blue bar, the earned onsite commission blue lock is still locked. Do I just need to keep waiting? @@createyourinfluence
I'm having the same problem. The videos are marked published, the videos were "reviewed" it says 3 out of 3 videos but I still have the LOCK. Did this change for you in the end?

I've received my onsite ID, but I haven't seen the blue lock indicating eligibility. All three videos have been published, yet I haven't received any notification regarding the approval of the onsite commission program. Despite this, I can see those videos on the product page. Could you clarify if this means I'm eligible for onsite commissions?
Not yet! You will need to wait until it’s unlocked. It may take a few weeks as it took me that long and Amazon said they are backed up on approving at the moment

Hi, thank you for this video. I have just joined the UK Amazon Influencer Programme, I have been assigned an onsite ID. I asked & was told to upload videos, nothing about having to upload 3 to be approved into the onsite thing, & I can't see a lock anywhere, is the lock + 3 video thing for the US Amazon Influencer Programme or will I need to do this also in the UK?
It’ll be associated with your regular store ID and not your ONAMAZON store ID. That way you can access the video reporting page through your storefront
