Thank you for your video. Been debating on if I should do the rockers and cab corners on my 02 Silverado or just put covers on. I was an ASE Master tech for 30 yrs but never got into body work. After watching your video I'm probably gonna do them the right way and if it doesn't come out good then I'll put the covers on, lol. Thanks again for the great video.

Good solid job no covering up and pride in workmanship. Not a fan of foam between panels.

I did it faster with drilling the spot welds and hitting it with a step bit

Love the view but why didn’t you do a weld through primer on the patch and body?

I don't understand how the metal fits up there and you can drill through both. Is it overlapping on the sides but not on the top?

The website only has passenger side replacements?

  • @christophertiredofbs8514

I did my rocker panels on my 05 Silverado, they came out pretty good one I cut too short, and the door rubs when I close it.
I have a lot of experience with an arc welder, not as much with the mig welder
I wish I could talk to you on the telephone and thank you for this video and let you know you are an awesome teacher. you have a nice touch with the tools!
Thank you for the information from one American to another
