#1 How I cook Vietnamese food at home | What I eat in a day | Easy Vietnamese dish

During this self-quarantine I have so much time on hands, and while I'm missing my Hanoi dearly, I think I'll do a series on Vietnamese home-cooked dishes. Easy to make with easy-to-find ingredients.
Vietnamese food has such a wide variety and it's almost different in each and every region across the country. One dish can have so many ways to cook and so many alternatives depending what every area has on offer.
The way I cook my meals is strongly influenced by how my grandma and my mom used to cook. To me, this is the taste of home.

[Update] OMG I've just realized I missed an ingredient description while doing the sweet and sour sauce :(
So sorry guys, please see full ingredients for the sauce below:
- 1 tbsp sugar (this is the one I forgot to put description.. urggg!!!)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp water

Ở nhà tự cách ly nhiều thời gian rảnh rỗi, mà lòng thì nhớ về Hà Nội nên mình nghĩ hay là làm một mini seri các món cơm nhà nhỉ :") Toàn những món dễ nấu mà nguyên liệu cũng dễ kiếm nữa.
Các món Việt thì mỗi vùng miền lại có cách nấu khác nhau, rồi nguyên liệu nhiều khi cũng thay đổi tuỳ mỗi nơi có sẵn món gì, ôi vô hình vạn trạng luôn ấy nhỉ. Cơm nhà đối với bạn thì sao? Nếu có dịp giới thiệu một món cơm nhà đến với các bạn nước ngoài, thì bạn sẽ giới thiệu món gì? Món cơm mẹ nấu nào mà bạn thích nhất? Comment dưới đây cho mình biết đi, mình mong có thêm cảm hứng để giới thiệu ẩm thực Việt Nam cho thật nhiều, thật nhiều bạn bè quốc tế. Tự hào cực kỳ, thật!

[Cập nhật] Ôi trời ơi xin lỗi các bạn nhiều lắm, mình phát hiện ra là đoạn làm nước sốt chua ngọt mình chú thích thiếu nguyên liệu rồi hix hix. Thôi mình ghi lại đầy đủ dưới đây nha, xin lỗi các bạn nhiều nhiều:
CT Sốt chua ngọt:
- 1 thìa đường nâu (đây, cái đoạn cho đường vào mình lại ko có chú thích đấy ạ)
- 1 thìa xì dầu
- 2 thìa giấm
- 1 thìa dầu mè
- 1/2 thìa cafe bột hành
- 1/2 thìa cafe bột tỏi
- 1 thìa cafe hạt vừng
- 2 thìa nước
P/s: Nếu bạn thích nhiều sốt thì cứ gấp 2-3 lần nguyên liệu lên nhưng cho thêm khoảng 1/2-1tsp bột ngô để sốt sệt lại nhé :D
