@Everyone In this video I did put too many points into strength I realize that. 1st Put your HellFire Torch and Annihilus Charm in your inventory as well as any strength charms. 2nd Enough points into strength to wear your Enigma. 3rd If you cant wear all your gear yet put more points in until you can. 4th Enough Dexterity to reach Max Block (75% Block Chance). 5th The rest goes into Vitality to build your overall HP. 6th DONT PUT TOO MANY POINTS INTO STRENGTH LIKE I DID IN THE VIDEO PLZZZZ!!!
i run my first character in Path of diablo and all i need was faster cast rate and gear with some resistances, because hammers already do huge magic damage in normal, nightmare and hell. You always have to cast hammer with concentration because that aura boost the damage of your skill.
@@xXtenseXx anything you want, it's an hour of gameplay to reach 19, after that you can respec with Akara :) but that equipment and charms to gain will take years to grind for casual player :D

The OG D2 really rubbed me the wrong way with this. D2R helped a little. I would really love to see charm space and extra tabs (atleast 5+) added into real game. I have never even tried to get a full set of any set gear for the simple fact it eats up so much space in inventory while searching for the rest of it.
You'd think that someone that owns HOTO/Enigma/2 x SOJ etc would know how to allocate skills/stats... Tons more value to demo a 'budget' or mid-range character. Hope ur able to do this?

My mf (about 280-300%) hdin 94, level, single player has HOTO, Enigma, HoZ, Mara's, Shako witg perf topaz, Arachnid, 2x Nagerling rings, Chance guards and War Travaler. I need your help. I made 2 Oath runewords and Kigslayer rw. But one hand damage is too, too, too low. It's 18-46 !!!!!! Wtf?! That never happened to me before.... Is that some bug 1.14.d patch or what? Please, help.
in my opintion is a st spirit much better, you have 55fhr and 35 fcr, to reach to 125 fcr breakpoint, if i wana play with mf gear, i play with: 2x fcr ring, 20 fcr amu, 20 fcr gloves, and 20 fcr belt then i can have 6x ist weapon, 4x ist shield, shako ist, non uped wt's (lol) and enigma ofc. i didnt put a single point into str, just dex for max block and the rest in vita i reach with my mf gear 3800 life and 11K dmg (510 mf, dont have mf sc's)
The point was just to point out the most common loadout. Sometimes I run that setup too. It's honestly just personal preference and what you are trying to accomplish at that time. ST is good but requires more for Max Block than Hoz does.
but if i wana grind xp ill play 125 fcr and max dmg if i wana play mf ill play max mf and 75 fcr to reach the breakpoint just in my opinion make no sense to play 75 fcr and "max dmg"
not a great guide video doesnt show how we progress to that gear, what leveling with the build is like, and how we gear to get to the end game gear, its like hey guys if your level 90 witha paladin suddenly and rich, here is how you play him? not really a guide

I know this vid is old, there is the attrib issue etc. but what really bothers me is that you title this video as a "basic" build which already has all the end-game gear. So, you show (one version of) a finished Hammerdin instead of showing a basic one which you could use to farm (for weeks/months) all that stuff you would need for a finished one. Furthermore, I really wonder how one realistically could get those end-game gear without trading, esp. HFT and AC.

Wtf bro, why dont you take all the +strength from stuff into consideration when putting your initial points into strength ? you dont need that much strength, Enigma gives a lot, torch, anni etc ... Omg
Your skill distribution is disturbing ! You don't need to max Holy Shield , You can take points in Fire rez aura , Light rez aura to get up your MAX REZ
Oh god.... when you have an enigma on your paladin , you dont up streinght ! You need anix + torch to get to your enigma and then every streinght point that you need is comming from there :) You don't need 35 dex , most likely between 75 and 85 so you can have max block with spirit on second hand wich will mean that you have 125 cast rate with the max spirit + 1 ring with 10 cast and dex ++ :)
That is very true, however this is "basics" not how I build my Hdin. Some people don't know how to put points into the skill tree. That is what I mainly want to cover in this part 1 video.

@@dalm8072 but until lvl 19 when you get hammers you what mate? Stare at mobs and they they fall on their back. This is a crapshoot guide.

Well I recently made a mod that does some very similar stuff.

Single point into Redemption is REQUIRED. If you play conservatively, you rarely have to use potions.
Nice vídeo, i Love it. I'm more of a 125fcr hammy player hehherj. For me, the real hammy end game uses Spirt as main shield hehehe, amazing for pvp
This build doesnt require a single point in str/dex.All goes to vit, especially with the state of your gear and charms

I'm not entirely sure of the whole situation, but The RWs might be in low bases or you could have the wrong skills setup. Not too sure.
I use to run 4 bots perfect hammerdins 400 mf.
How do you have blessed aim and concentration both up?
you dont. you use concentration. blessed aim gives a passive dmg bonus to blessed hammer. You dont have to have the aura up.

125 is most of the time a lot more expensive than 75 builds. Again personal preference as well.
