Can I mention that with the last videos before this one I achieved giving birth naturally without epidural to my baby girl!💖 thank you so much! At 39 W and 1 Day on April 7th at 2pm my water broke, pain began in the hospital at 5-6pm and at 9:45pm-ish she was born.
The reason why it didn’t take less was because she was a bit turned and they had to fix her position with the peanut ball. But thankfully she arrived safely, I felt like I was gonna die but I am very thankful and honored to have came across your videos and knowledge! BREATHING helped me the most thanks for those videos and definitely the mindset videos helped too, it’s definitely a mindset game and the urge to really want to go natural!🤍🥰 everybody was proud of me, even me!! Have you tried the “midwife’s brew”? I tried it last time with baby 4 and it worked like a charm. (And didn’t cause me any nausea or diarrhea!) The recipe I used had castor oil, almond butter, apricot nectar and champagne… sounds crazy but my midwife swears by it and it really did put me in labor in three hours. I dont think that's your baby. Your uterus is still maybe an inch above your belly button at 24 weeks. That might be your organs being squeezed and your baby is kicking.
Im not an expert by any means, but I had a lot of pain in my upper abdomen, and my doctor told me that can only be general discomfort at that time(i was 26 weeks pregnant).
      Hope you feel better soon!

when i was looking for one to use (i got an exercise ball from walmart) the different sizes had recommended heights listed. I'm 5'4" and got a 65cm ball (smallest size). It works great!

These will help prepare your body prepare and shouldn't "induce" unless your baby and body are already ready.

      65 in

It depends on your height I believe... you want the ball to fit your body the way it does hers. So if you are very short you need a smaller ball. Taller, a bigger ball. Also look at weight limits on the ball. My sage femme said its good to not inflate the ball totally so it's slightly squishy. Mine is a 67 inch ball. I just missed the height cut off for the smaller ball. Also you can use a technically sports ball not specific pregnancy ball. Good luck

Is it safe to sit on the birth ball at 31 weeks? I work from home, and I get so uncomfortable in the chair...I like to bounce on the ball every so often instead of using the chair. But now I'm not sure if that's safe????

I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. czcams.com/users/postUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁
